Google5We reached out to Sergio after seeing excellent reviews on Nextdoor. We sent pictures, got a quick reply with his preliminary assessment. He accommodated our requested service time, arrived promptly, maintained magnificent communication which is almost unseen these days, answered all questions & informed us what he was doing and why. He discussed prices in advance so there were no surprises, as well as gave us options. Very trustworthy, did not oversell👏, fixed what we requested and that's it. He was professional and personable, he did an excellent job. Our fur baby approved of him as well :-). We were very pleased and HIGHLY recommend Sergio with DFW Elite Garage Repair.

Google5I cannot hype this business up enough! Found him on TikTok, and I took a leap of faith because it’s hard to trust strangers on the internet. He had shared a video of a service he did in a city next to mine and I asked if he could come take a look at an issue we were having. I sent him a video and he was there the next day. Absolutely the kindest, most honest person I’ve ever met. He explained everything he was doing (we were curious and wanted to watch him since we’d never done anything with our garage door before). He provided us suggestions of cheapest to most expensive options. We went with the cheapest, which was a simple tune up, and he was already prepared with equipment in his truck, so we didn’t even have to schedule a second appointment. Pricing for everything was generous. There’s a deposit fee for first evaluation but it rolls towards your final payment should you choose to continue with more services. If we ever have garage door issues again, I’m calling this business!

Google5I had some concerns about my garage door and to me it was loud and just wanted reassurance that everything was in working condition. DFW Elite garage repair I found on Tik Tok he was very thorough explain what he could do for me and also what could wait to be done later. I was pleased with the job as well the customer service. Definitely recommend if you need repairs done or just peace of mind.
