Yelp5Fort Brothers, and Conner the workhorse, Alan in house on the phones, were awesome, I called on Tuesday with a garage door that was in dire need of a fix, it had come down and the tension spring had released and I knew it was going to be a bear. They set me up with next day service and when Conner arrived he gave a quote, and said it would take 30 minutes, it took ten, if that, for him to fix everything. He even took the time to fix the keypad outside the inner garage door free of charge. I will be using them again and recommending them to all my family and friends. Their prices are reasonable and to me that means low with a high quality of craftsmanship. Conner really takes pride in his work and takes that extra step without ripping people off at every turn with every little thing thrown in. Thanks guys, you two rock it, keep up the great work.

Yelp5We badly needed our garage door replaced as it was kind of falling apart at the seams. Lol. Fort Bothers came highly recommended by Home Advisor so I gave them a call. They gave us a free estimate the same day. I had a couple other vendors come out and Fort Brothers has the best price for what I wanted. They got the job done fast and did a great job. Alan in the front office was easy to work with and the installer Rho did an amazing job and was super personable. Overall a great job all around. Thanks Fort Brothers!

Yelp5We reached out for a quote for a new garage door opener, and received a quote the same day. The pricing was very competitive and we were able to schedule work for the same week. Our technician arrived early, completed the installation quickly and was very knowledgeable. We would recommend.

Yelp3I called late on Friday evening and appreciated the next day service appointment they were able to make for me. There was a mixup with the phone number and they missed the appointment time. But when I called, they apologized and sent someone to my house promptly. Props for that! They also fixed it fast and, from what I can tell, it's a job well done. My 3 stars is because of the conversations I had with Conner. He quoted me his first price. When I told him it was higher than I expected, he immediately knocked off $40 and said it was for the mixup with the phone number earlier. Which is great. But it had me wondering how much more markup there was on that part and the other part they replaced. I would have liked to see a price sheet instead so I know I'm getting the same deal as everyone else. The part of the experience that prompted me to write a review is when Conner told me he could see someone has greased the wheels on the track before. I replied with "yes, someone has." But then he asked if it was my husband or boyfriend. If I hadn't been caught off guard, I would've told him it's, honestly, none of his business. But I didn't say that and told him it was my roommate, because it was. As a woman, and even more so because I'm single, we are constantly watching for danger signs around us. When someone comes to my door to solicit, I always tell them I have to check with my husband first. We don't know when or how a threat will occur but we are always on the lookout. I highly doubt this is the case here, but the uneasy feeling I still have from that exchange made me feel as though it was important enough to let other women know, as well. To Conner, it was probably nothing. To me, I have since been concerned with someone entering my house aware that I do not have a male partner to help defend me.

Yelp4Communication was a big problem when trying to schedule an appointment. The worker was suppose to be here by 10am. At 10:30 there was no one and no one called me to give me any updates. By 11:40 the worker finally showed up. They had known that I had an appointment at 1pm, and so I had to leave. The overall work was done right and so far we are satisfied. If they work on their communication skills, there would be no problems at all.

Yelp5I called several garage door companies the other day to get the my garage door replaced. I choose this company because to begin with Mike was extremely helpful and explained everything to me over the phone. He was able to get me a baseline quote over the phone and said he could have someone out there that day to measure my garage. Connor made it out that same day at lunch and measured my garage. He came back the next day and expertly replaced the entire door. He explained his process and even made some additional tweaks to my old garage door system. He also explained future upgrades I could make but wasn't pushy about it and I really appreciated that. Very down to earth and personable. Amazing prices with this company! I will call them first to make my upgrades later.

Yelp5These guys were great. Before I called Fort Brothers, the previous guy was really flaky. Took a week to even get back to me about maybe getting me a quote. Fort Brothers on the other hand were super fast. I called them on a Saturday morning (garage door situation had become an emergency by then) and Connor came out within 2 hours. Determined the door had to be replaced because of the age and new hinges would not work. Luckily the new door was about 1/3 of what I was expecting. He had to order the door and it was installed on Monday. Connor did an amazing job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Yelp5contacted mike this morning, ask if they could stop by one of my rental properties, that has two door entry for garage. Previous tennant damaged both locks and needed to replace garage door opener for new tenants. This was emergency service call that needed today. Connor contacted me when he was 30 min out to meet up with him. after reviewing the project he provided on the spot price and said it would take about 2 hours. It actually took 1 hour and job was perfect. Connor suggested replacing the old rollers and tune up the springs with lubrication I accepted the add on the bill and it was all completed less than 2 hours quoted. Great job conner and mike. I will be using him on my other rental properties and recommending him to all my friends! I will be back, keep up the great work and service. Thanks George Martin

Yelp5Amazing and as you can see I rarely give a review. This was warranted. Customer service 5, attitude 5, suggestions 5. He was not all about the money either he was about SERVICE. Use them ... also quote came in fast. Also did I tell you they were fantastic. I have saved them to service my garage in the future. Also parts are lifetime warranty.
