Google1Mika Crenshaw The Owner was Extremely unprofessional and reflect poorly on the business. She was Rude and I did not at all like the way she handled a major concern I had in regards to the work I had done on my home. Nothing was resolved what so ever. I do not recommend this place at all poorly handled by Mika.

Google5What a gorgeous door and windows!! It has been a great experience designing a door and windows with Freedom. Important to have accessible, clear communication and Freedom was consistent every step of the way. Stefanie and Mika were essential and their painter Angel was spectacular. I’m very thankful for the whole team from start to finish and I couldn’t have achieved this dream door/windows without them. Thank you!

Google5Highly recommend this company. Replaced front door and two exterior double doors. The quality of the product speaks for itself but what separates them from others is their customer service from design through installation. I appreciated their expertise in helping choose my custom design that was right for the style of my home. They were professional and communicative with me during the entire process. The installation crew was the best group of contractors we’ve had in the last 20 years. Will definitely use them for future projects.

Google5Simply the BEST!!! From the first moment I knew that Freedom Iron Doors are professionals and experts in their field. I’m a very detail oriented person, and even after doing an extensive research on my own, Tim and Mika were able to surprise me with additional advices that made the final product a Master Piece. Starting with a Customer oriented conversation to guide us, followed by a CAD design that allows you to see and iterate several times until you get the perfect design, to then enjoying a turnkey installation that takes care of all details and debris (my house was left spotless after the install). Door quality is outstanding, simply unbeatable (I dear to find you a better one in town!) and the installation crews are professional and cordial, brick work and touchup paint jobs are amazing, they are a boutique of meticulous craftsmanship that leaves everything as you dream of. It has been only one week with the new door and already have neighbors asking where I bought it.

Google1I had a terrible experience with Freedom Iron doors. They assured me that my project would be completed to a high standard, but they completely failed to deliver. The work was subpar and nothing like what was promised. Communication was awful—I had to constantly follow up for updates. When I pointed out the issues with their work, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I wasted both time and money on this company, and I regret ever trusting them with my project. At first when Mike came in said all good things about their job had done. He said they would not leave the work until we are happy. Of course it was all a lie. When Mika came in to our house to discussed about a part of the job wasn’t nicely done she got furious and keep asking us with her madness voice: “ what are you guys complaint about?” It’s obviously something wrong with your walls not our fault. She was very rude and we felt like we got treated like trash. At this point we had already pay them everything so I guess they don’t have to pretend to be nice to us anymore. They installed their door and left our wall disgusting. Please see all the pictures below. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. I would never recommend Freedom Iron Doors to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. I wish I can give them zero star. They are not even deserve one star. I can’t believe the way we were treated after we told them about the disgusting looking wall that they left after the job.

Google5I had my door installed in April! I love it!! The install went well and the installers were kind and professional. Everything was great from the beginning to the end! They did everything they said they would and how they explained it. My doors are a total upgrade to my house. I even visited the show room to get a look and feel and how my door would be installed. Most of all this us a family business and I meet the father, mother, and daughter, they are great people!

Google5We live in a very nice neighborhood in North Rockwall, and we now have the nicest front door in the neighborhood, maybe in all of Rockwall! We’ve received SO MANY compliments on it in just a couple of weeks! The glass hinges separately from the doors (if desired) and are completely screened! Our doors are a 10’-5” tall by almost 6’ wide, and are like castle doors. They even matched our front door key to our back door key at no extra charge! The people at Freedom Iron Doors produce a top notch product, and their installation team are very professional. We would not hesitate to recommend or employ their services again. We are truly happy with our purchase!

Our first order was a pivot glass and iron door and we have been very happy with the outcome. Angi1WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD USE A VALUE-PAK COUPON, I WAS TOLD THE PRICE WAS THE SAME WITH OR WITHOUT COUPON. CORRECTING MY PROBLEM WAS ACHIEVED BY MOVING AN ITEM IN MY GARAGE THAT WAS IN THE "EYE" OF THE AUTOMATIC OPENER. THE REPAIRMAN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW "BAD" MY ROLLERS LOOKED AND SAID THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE GOT THE REPLACEMENT ROLLERS FROM THE BED OF HIS PICKUP, THEY WERE ROLLING AROUND LOOSE. THEN HE SAID THERE WAS NO WARRANTY ON THEM AFTER THEY WERE INSTALLED. NO WONDER THEY HAVE TO USE COUPONS TO FIND CUSTOMERS. I'M SURE THEY DON'T HAVE MUCH REPEAT BUSINESS. Services Rendered: WHEN MAKING APPOINTMENT, I INQUIRED AS TO SERVICE CALL CHARGES AND WAS GIVEN AN AMOUNT.
