Very well --- the young man was prompt, personable, very polite and patient with my questions. I wish I could remember the service techs name as I would recommend the company and the service tech to my friends and neighbors in Lewisville Services Rendered: My garage door rattled and shrieked each time I opened and closed it. I was concerned that it would finally fall onto my car. The young man was on time and went immediately to work. When I asked him about the problem and what I should do about, he explained that the rollers were very dry and should be lubricated on a regular basis in order for them to move in the tracks properly. That was all that the door needed and approximately 6 mos. later I lubricated them myself and have continued to do so I have had no further problem.

Cory came out to my house and diagnosed the problem with my 13 year old Geni. Problem was with the motor. Either it was burned out or another mechanism within it was broken. Previously had a garage door repairman to my home for same reason so I was familiar with the situation. Long story short, not repairable, needed to be replaced. He was able to give me a quote on a couple of new openers and listed my options. He could install a new one that his company sells or he could install one I could buy at Home Depot or Lowes. My choice. While the previous Geni I bought at Home Depot had lasted this long, I felt it better to use one of the Geni units his company sells for reasons I will not go into detail here. We were able to arrange a time and agreed on model that he would deliver and install two days later. Two days later he showed up on time and installed the unit. From a previous conversation he made adjustments to the door that made it function better for my home. The garage door works much better and is a lot quieter than before. Big thanks to Cory and his fine work. I highly recommend him and his business for your garage door repair. Services Rendered: Diagnosed broken garage door opener and replaced.
