Yelp5I would highly recommend this company,Jackie was very knowledgeable and very helpful he fixed me up with no upsaleing and gave me a very great price compared to 3 other companies I called and was prompt and responsive. I will definitely use them in the future.

Yelp5Jackie was quick to respond (I received messages from 5 other companies at the same time) and transparent with his cost. He examine my door and diagnosed all problems, and ranked their priority, allowing me to choose the repairs. No up-selling, just identifying current and potential issues. He was courteous, prompt and did exactly what he said he would. I highly recommend Jackie! Location: The Preserve in Rockwall

Yelp5Words cannot express what a phenomenal job was done when fixing my door. I reached out via Yelp for quotes. Such a quick response, arrival and an education regarding garage doors, best practices for caring for my door to get more usage from it and just an all around easy and enjoyable interaction. I recommend this company to everyone who needs assistance. Simply outstanding and affordable. Hard to find contractors who care this much. So appreciative of you and your company.

Yelp5Jackie was very helpful with showing up on a Saturday to fix my garage door last summer. Everything is performing as expected six months later. Prices are fair and service is top notch. I will definitely do business with him again.

Yelp5Jackie was prompt in his initial consultation sent through Yelp. His response was thorough, included thought and insight into the problem with the garage, an estimate, and two numbers where he could be reached. I reached out to him, he offered to come after hours with a fee, yet we opted for the next day. He was on time, thorough as expected, and offered a personal touch to his business. We will be using him for any future repairs and highly recommend Jackie!

Yelp5Would absolutely recommend and definitely call again if I needed any maintenance service on my garage. From the initial call, I could tell Jackie (my repair man) was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He gave me a notice of his arrival and arrived as scheduled. He would give me his honest opinions. He would also give me advice for if I have small problems with my garage and/or minor maintenance issues I could do myself before I needed to call him. One of the main things that made him stand out was that he was very through and provided very high quality of work. He didn't try to just hurry to finish the job and take my money. I could go on and on but overall I'm glad I called this company over other guys. Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say because there wasn't any.

Yelp5Jackie was super friendly and helped me on the phone and fixed my opener over the phone. He is super honest! He could have easily have charged me a service fee but he knew from my description what the problem was and then patiently described to me what was wrong. (My sensors were blocked. ) He also gave me an education about door openers and sensors. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much. They are ethical in a world that has increasingly moved away from that. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Yelp5Call to have my drive gate fixed, requested a quote on yelp and Mr. MCallum responded within minutes. I was able to call him all after 8pm and set up an appointment for next day. He arrived when promised and was able to diagnosis the problem quickly and fix it promptly. Swift professional service.
