Just wanted to share our experience with PGD&O - Raymond serviced our electronic driveway slide gate. I called 5 different companies, Raymond was the ONLY one who got back with me via phone & text & came out to look at it. He spent about an hour with my husband and turns out our code numbers had somehow moved within the remote causing the gate to not open. We will certainly keep PGD&O on hand for any service needs. I called at 7:15 to ask for a technician to come by for help with our door, and by 8:05, Jarrod was here! The door was making the most terrible sound, so I was sure we were going to have to have it replaced, but Jarrod was able to fix it, and it runs even better than before. Highly recommend. Called and spoke with Steve. Very honest and straight forward. Fast and efficient. Had a bad wall circuit board on a custom double wood garage door. Steve promptly came out, replaced the wall circuit board, oiled up the garage springs/hinges, even shared advice on maintenance. Price was very reasonable as well as supporting our nations Vet's (as he was prior service Navy). Would definitely call them again for any future work.

Micro burst on June 9th 2019 finished my aluminum garage door. Called Plano Garage Door. They happened to have a door in stock my size, they installed it the 10th. They have good better best doors,I bought the well insulated one since my door faces west.Sonja you were a pleaser to talk with about options , Jacob O'Bier did fantastic job installing the door. Plano Garage Door will take care of you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have used Plano Garage Door & Opener since moving to Plano 30 years ago. This week I had a reason to use them again and was reminded about how great they are. I had an appointment for an estimate and the tech called early just to see if I minded if he came early which was great. Ended up I needed to replace the opener. They were able to schedule the appointment for the next day. Again that tech called ahead of schedule to see if he could come early. I'm used to appointments showing up late ... not wanting to come early! Both guys were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Plano Garage Door & Opener. And they do service outside of Plano!
