I have worked with Premier Entry Systems several times. The first time was to install a new motor for my garage door which included the new garage door openers of course. It's been working great and the price was very good. They also have installed a key pad on my electric gate which is still working fine. Today I called them because I messed up the key pad code that opens and closes the garage door. Matt the owner very quickly walked me through putting my code back in. I was so very grateful thus my 5 star review. Thanks Matt.

My husband called Premier Entry Systems about a problem with our garage door opener. Every person that we spoke with either on the phone or in person was very courteous and professional. They came out the very next day and replaced our opener and checked and serviced the door and all moving parts. The price was very reasonable. They were awesome. I had an oddball sized garage door and they were able to locate and install a new one, add a lift motor, replace all of the channeling and add an outside entry keypad. Now I'm able to park the cars inside once again. Services Rendered: Installed new steel overhead garage door & lift.

They have previously replaced one of the pieces of wood that broke off the gate and they have worked on the gate when it would not open (determined there was a defect due to the cold) and replaced the defective part. We have always been happy with their work. I think it is a fairly small company so sometimes they can't get out same day but they have kept us informed of their status. We would definitely use them again! Services Rendered: Repaired our driveway gate (wooden).

Premier Entry Systems was quick to respond to my request for an initial quote for the work. I was impressed by their reviews on Angie's List and they exceeded my expectations. The gentlemen who installed the garage openers and gate opener were professional and helped us to understand how to operate both. When the solar panel failed to generate enough power to operate the gate and the clickers failed (yes we tried to reset), they were quick to fix the situation. I was truly impressed with their level of professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to use them in future and would highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Premier Entry Systems installed two garage door openers and a gate opener in early 2014. The gate opener initially installed was solar powered, but by spring, there wasn't enough light to operate the door. Premier came out and reworked the door to run on electricity. Our gate and garage door clickers recently failed and they were quick to come out and fix.
