Our garage door would not open due to a broken spring, and there has been constant rain that is causing other problems that repairmen will need to enter our garage to fix. Reyes Garage Door answered my call and had someone at my door within an hour. After noting that the spring type had to be changed completely, the serviceman confirmed with his boss and with me that it was ok to pick up the part from the store and replace the spring type. The quote they gave me was honored. In the pouring rain, with a leak in the garage roof near where he had to stand to replace part of the spring, the repairman worked quickly. He was finished within the hour and helped tighten the chain, which was slightly loose, as well. The serviceman did not complain about the weather or having to experience the wet conditions even in the garage. Services Rendered: Replace broken spring on garage door

Super! They came out and measured without me being there to give the estimate which was awesome. They installed and completed the work timely and very professionally. Would absolutely recommend them and use the again. Their price was good too compared to other vendors! Every two years I have Mike come out and lube and check out my 60 year old two car garage door. Once a spring broke and he was right out the next day.Back in March, on the regular service call, he said the rheostadt was about to go out and replaced it. A couple of days ago, the door would not close. I called and he came out this morning. It took him about 20 mintues to check everything out, discovered that the motor had moved inside its housing, he tightened and works as good as new. No charge! Mike has always been great and is very reasonable. Services Rendered: Electronic garage door opener would not close.
