Google5I went through my home insurance for my Samsung refrigerator to be repaired. I had 2 different technicians come out to my house in a span of 3 weeks because parts had to be replaced. I would give Mr. Alberto 5 stars because the other technician had me frustrated. Long story short there was something Alberto had to figure out and he listened to my concerns and took care of the situation immediately and because of that alone ai would recommend him. Thank you Alberto!!!

Google5Friday, January 2, 2026 Mr. Carl and Mr. Jaylin were both pleasant and professional. They immediately went to work and were happy to answer a couple of questions. They are well mannered young men,--true gentlemen. Separately, this customer recommends Sears home protection plans. The coverage is comprehensive and it is not necessary to chase after Sears for claim coverage as it is with most other warranty companies. Sears has a long, long record of customer service and is worthy of its stellar reputation.

Google5Marcus my technician showed up on time was a very pleasant young man. He installed the part on my washer and man sure it worked. I did not pay anything because it was covered my maintenance agreement so it was -0- price for the repair. Thank you Marcus and Sears.
