Jerry is the best! Figured out the problem very quickly then inspected the doors. Went above and beyond with service. Offered upgraded rollers which i had him do, made a great deal of difference in the operation. Highly recommend Stars and Stripes and Jerry in particular. We used their services for around ten years or more. They send a postcard every two years as a reminder for a garage door tune up. I have never had any problems with their services. Our experience with them was fine. Services Rendered: We have used their garage door services. They have installed a door opener, completed adjustments, repairs, and maintenance.

Called around to get quotes and Stares and Stripes Door Service had the most competitive price and the person who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. Scheduled them to come out Monday 11/19 @ 2:00, got a call at 2:00 and the service rep said they were 20 mins away. Upon arrival the service rep diagnosed the problem and explained everything that needed to be performed. Service rep was very professional and methodical as he repaired the garage door. At the end of the repair, the service rep offered suggestions to keep the garage door working effectively and quietly. The whole experience took about 1.5 hrs. I will use Stares and Stripes Door Service again. Services Rendered: One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke. Replaced both springs as well as serviced the door as a whole.

Phone call estimate was accurate when I paid the final bill. Technician showed up when promised. Inspected and lubed the system. Recommended roller replacement during the inspection. I will use them again. Services Rendered: I had both tension springs replaced and system inspected/lubed.

We called late in the day due to broken lift spring on our garage door and they set an appointment for the following morning, which is great when your cars are stuck in the garage. The tech was on time and finished in about 20 minutes. He also recommended a couple of upgrades - we went with an additional spring so when one breaks, you still have the other to help open the door. We also opted for metal rollers to increase longevity and reliability. They followed up with a letter a couple of days later to check on us. Very professional! Services Rendered: The technician was very helpful and curteous - we could've got off a little cheaper but we upgraded to a double spring and metal rollers. Definitely recommend these guys when your spring breaks....and it will.
