Google5We have been using Southwest Garage Door for repairs as needed and I can’t recommend them enough! I think we’ve had them out about 3 times in the past 5 years for repairs on our old garage door. They are a pleasure to work with and always come out quickly, usually same day. Excellent service and their pricing is very reasonable too. Highly recommend this company!

Google5Highly recommend South West Garage Doors! Jason, the owner, was amazing to work with. He was professional, honest, and fixed our garage door in a very timely manner. He explained everything clearly, showed up when he said he would, and made sure the job was done right. Great quality work and excellent customer service from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

Yelp1At first, I was satisfied with my tech's work, but the longer I worked with him, the worse it got. This company doesn't seem to understand that opinions can change and will likely argue with me. I wish I could give no stars, but that's not an option. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. Leo did such a shoddy job that my unit was FALLING DOWN today. Previously, I had complained but gave Leo the benefit of the doubt, but apparently he didn't deserve it. When I called to get the issue resolved, the operator hung up on me multiple times. I didn't pay $1,000 for a broken system. This is absolutely ridiculous and such a scam. By the way, the installers get some sort of bonus for getting their customers to write google reviews, so that's why the reviews are so positive. Apparently Leo has since been fired for lying, stealing, and doing drugs on the job. My opinion, as well as the company's opinion, of him has clearly changed. Keep moving and take your money somewhere else.
