forgot to bring my lift door down on crv n pulled out garage n hit top of ***************** it garage door slanted. called *** taylor and left voice mail, meanwhile cheched two other companies n both said wait till tomorrow n rudely oh yes let me leave it open all night no thanks guys bye. well *** texted me said be 20 minutes got here looked it said no worry fix quickly and yes he did plus wow service fee pricing made me feel better after feeling dufuos like for mistake. anyway folks this is good old fashioned customer service unlike none. thanks Mr. ********************

I had damage to a bottom panel on my double garage door. Called out two other companies prior to having Taylor Overhead Door recommended to me. Both only gave me the option of replacing entire door or even 2 doors due to matching a new door to the existing second door. Contacted vendor on a Thursday via Craigslist, and the vendor was very quick to contact me in return. I had asked for a and quot;ballpark estimateand quot; to replace a broke torsion spring, which he provided via email (based on my description of the garage doors.) He later called and asked me when it would be convenient for him to come and replace the broken spring. I was unable to meet him Friday morning, and he he had a big job Friday afternoon. He offered to come by after that job, if I wanted. I told him that I would certainly appreciate that. He called Friday afternoon around 5:15 (as promised) when he finished that big job he had earlier in the afternoon. He arrived about 5:30, and replaced the broken torsion spring very quickly. He also answered a few of my questions regarding garage doors, and made a few suggestions as to what I might do to help them last. He noticed that another garage door had been backed into, and made a suggestion or two as to what I could do to help strengthen the connection between two panels that had been pushed slightly apart. He told me that he could replace them for us, but that he would wait and not replace them until absolutely necessary. (I appreciated that...he wasn't trying to pad the bill.) I also appreciated him working us in late Friday afternoon/evening, especially as it was very cold, dark, and overcast. Also, I should mention that he charged us LESS than his original estimate. Overall, he was very friendly and professional. I would (and already HAVE) recommend him very highly. And if I ever need another garage door replace or serviced, he will be the first person I will call. Services Rendered: Replaced a broke torsion spring on a garage door.

Tim removed my defective door and replaced it with a new one. He also replace the remotes the external keypad, and the safety sensors. Everything went very smoothly! Services Rendered: Tim was on time, professional, and most of all, in my same town. I had a lightning storm fry my garage door opener and needed a replacement asap. Tim showed up, installed the new opener, inspected my door for balance and pulleys and even re-balanced my door at no additional charge. I will definitely call on Taylor Overhead Door when I need service or maintenance. Highly recommended.

After resetting the door, he also inspected/lubed the other two and troubleshot a remote sensor. He did an excellent job and only charged for the service call on the one door. Top notch guy and extremely knowledgable of his business. I recommend highly. Services Rendered: One of the garage doors came off track.
