Google1Bought a replacement wired wall console 6 weeks ago. Mine wasn’t working 100% of the time. After purchasing, ours starting working consistently and I no longer needed the part. Never even opened the packaging. When I had the time I went to return the item, I was told I had the item for too long and that it could possibly have been used. I’ll never go back.

Google5Broken garage door spring...they were able to come the same day, though that might have been luck for me, due to a cancelation. The technicians did an awesome job! The tech demonstrated to me another impending problem with an opener sprocket that was failing. He also lubricated all moving parts including hinges. They did a great job!

Google5Had a Provia front door installed today. Dayton Door Sales was wonderful from our first visit to their showroom in Springboro, to their sales rep, Dave Goodwin, coming to our house to explain our options and placing our order, to the installer, Matt, who did a great job! We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Google5Woke one morning to a broken torsion spring. Called another business first. They had no techs available until next day. Called Dayton Door Sales Springboro. They sent Patrick out who arrived mid-afternoon, after calling 30 minutes ahead as previously agreed. He was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, very experienced. Though I had never had this service done before, the price to replace both springs seemed very reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

Google5Quick service. Replaced my broken spring 1 day after I called. Patrick, the service tech also lubricated hinges on both doors. Cost to replace springs was very fair. I will use them again.

BBB5Dayton Door sales is a definite YES, for repair work or new doors! I called Dayton Door sales for work on my garage door opener and other door problems the door was having. Nick was the services representative that they sent out. He was polite, very professional, and established a sense of trust right away. And most of all he recognize the problems with my garage door and the best way to resolve them. I will not hesitate to call Dayton Door for any of my future needs and will recommend them to my neighbors.

Google5I was able to get my garage door spring replaced and the door generally "tuned up" on the same day I called. I was amazed at the promptness and the quality of service!
