Angi5They took a long time to deliver the product and I felt the price was too high. Not exactly certain about the date of service. It was sometime before the hurricane season of 2014. UPDATE: 2/24/2015 Upon receiving my initial review of his services, Mr. Steven LoPresti, owner, took the time to call me personally to inquire about my review. His interest was my reasons for the opinions stated in my review. He was genuinely interested in what I had to say and did not attempt to bully or berate me. He expressed regret that his company had not met my expectations and made restitution. Because of the care, concern and character Mr. LoPresti demonstrated in attempting to improve his services by seeking feedback from a customer, I am changing my review to read YES, I WOULD USE THIS PROVIDER IN THE FUTURE. It is rare to find a business owner with this degree of integrity.. Services Rendered: Installed hurricane panels on three garage doors and three attic vents.

Angi5We were very pleased. We found Steve to be very easy to work with. He explained all our options and helped us choose was best for our application. He arrived on time, with all necessary materials available and was able to answer any concerns we had. The installers were all professional. They would introduce themselves when they came to the door. They always removed their shoes when they came in the house and they answered every question I had. They didn't leave until they explained what they did and made sure we understood how the rolling door worked. We would not hesitate to refer them to our friends and family. A wonderful experience! Services Rendered: Custom Storm Shutters performed 2 services for us. They installed a rolling storm shutter for our summer kitchen and yesterday installed aluminum hurricane shutters for our doors.
