Google1I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this needs to be said. The owner openly used profanity and yelled at potential customers — including children — during our visit at a neighboring business. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for any business, especially one where families are present. Regardless of how good a product or service might be, behavior like that is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful, welcoming environment.

Google5I had a great experience with Mid-Illini Haedicke Doors. They fixed my garage door promptly and in bitterly cold temperatures. The price was fair. The service technicians were very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Google5Mid - I'll, came out my two - car garage door would not open. The owner Mark, Sparky explained to me the promblem busted spring. They replaced the spring very efficient and professional service. I, would not hesitate to not call them again or recommend them. Thanks Sparky, you and your assistant did a excellent job!

Google5Spraky contacted me and was able to diagnose my issue over the phone. Arrived in within an hour to replace my circuit board. Took time to walk me through what may have caused the issue and showed me good maintenance practices to keep my garage door well kept. Would use again and would highly recommend!

Google5This company was amazing! Our garage door snapped a cable and came out of the track. We had a big event to cater and no other company could get to us until the next day. Mid-Illini had a technician to our house within the hour. Alex was very courteous and explained everything that he was doing. He worked quickly and had the door up and running in no time. They saved us from what could have been a total disaster for our company. Thank you, Mid-Illini!

Google5I must say that I am extremely pleased with the speed and quality of work that was done. There was a crew at my house the same day I called in and they stayed until it was completed. They were both polite and informative. Also, let me tell you the price came in far less than I anticipated. I would give them a strong recommendation for anyone with garage door issues.

Google5On the recommendation of a friend, I called Mid Illini Door Company about a month ago to get the weather stripping on my garage door replaced. Sparky told me it was best to wait until warmer weather and the reasons why he suggested I do so. He assured me he would put me on his to do list and get back to me. Today he called, came out and had the job finished in less than 2 hours. He inspected additional components of the door and opener and assured me they were in good shape. His work is excellent, fairly priced and I highly recommend him if you are in need of any work.

Google5I contacted these guys in the morning and had a rough appointment scheduled shortly thereafter. They ended up coming out by around midday and were professional, correcting a number of issues the original installer had made (door installed less than a year). You could tell the lead had tons of experience and was passing that on to the more junior worker. Their bill was was very reasonable for the amount of adjustment they did. They were responsive, quick to address the issue, highly skilled, and got the email invoice out for a credit card payment very quickly. One of the best experiences I've had with hiring a tradesperson in the area.
