Google5Called and talked to Holly and she set us up for a technician a few days later. Jason, the technician called and said he was on his way. He and a helper fixed our overhead door problem by cleaning the eyes and was extremely professional and honest. I appreciate Holly and Jason and helper as all are professional and get the job done. Google1Extremely rude office personnel and very poor service took weeks for them to show up then did not fix it but sent me a bill for over $100. With notice of several days to weeks for them to come back to fix it if I bought my own parts. If they were to get part would cost more then double then what I could get it for and still wait for who knows when to show up

Yelp5Our original garage door was installed by Discount Overhead by the builder of our home a couple years ago. It needed to be adjusted and we were pleased with the customer service that we received from the office and the technicians. The both were very friendly and efficient. When we decided to upgrade to an insulated door, we decided to stick with Discount based on our past experiences and we were glad we did. Their showroom in Pollock had a good selection of samples, that we took home the help us decide. The price quoted was very fair and we ordered the door. In a couple months, it arrived and was expertly installed. We are very pleased with the door and the service provided by Discount and we would highly recommend them to you.
