Yelp2Had a guy come over to check my garage door because of sensor issues . Nice guy fixed the issue . Also told me to call to make another appointment for follow up . Called and got some lady that can't book me because they have too many bookings and to call back. Called back to get the guy that called me .., she said he is not around and will call me few days to make appointment. Ben over two weeks .., nothing . Called and left message to make appointment and to call me back please... nothing. Now i see why they have an overall rating like they do . Unreliable!

Yelp1The Torsion Spring broke on my garage door. I call Overhead Door of Delmar in Milford De and have a pleasant conversation with the person referenced as the the Service person. He explained the process and said someone should be able to come out tomorrow and the scheduler should be calling back with a time they would be out. 2 hrs later no call so I called back and the scheduler was very short stating we cannot be there tomorrow, why would you think we could be there, we were just in Camden today. So I asked when they could be there, he said Tuesday, I said ok but I would have to check on if I can get off work. After some discussion about Tuesday he says ok we can be out Friday, we just have to unload a truck first. I thanked him and hung up. 5 minutes later I get a call back from them, I answer and I hear yelling and cussing over the phone so I say hello and the first guy I spoke to starts yelling at me, telling me he never said anything about tomorrow. I reiterate what he said to me, in a calm voice, and he continues to yell at me and reprimand me, a customer, over and over. I tell him this is highly unprofessional and don't appreciate it. He says well you told him something I never said, which he did. I said "you told me and I told him you said we should be able to come out tomorrow". He continued to yell and berate me, finally he says "well sorry for the call!" And hangs up!

Yelp1RUDEST person I have ever enountered came to my house today from Overhead Door Company of Delmar to replace a garage door that had previously held and dumped water all over the garage every time the door was opened. I told him I'd like to get the hose out and test it before he left to make sure we didn't have the same problem and he stated "that's not my job and I'm not going to do it". Then he refused to speak or even look at me he entire rest of the morning when I was out with my dog. Obviousy they couldn't get it right the first time and could not care less if they fix the problem. Guess there's a reason they don't allow people to rate them from their facebook page!
