Google3As the general contractor I ordered the doors and openers for this building on April 8 with another sales rep, shortly after the building was built and ready for garage doors I was told we would have a new rep. From there everything went downhill as far as customer service. I spoke with him on 8/4 to let him know we were ready for install tobe later told doors, install scheduled for 9/2. Spoke to Ronnie on 9/8 to see why install did not happen. Told panels came in wrong. And openers not in. Called again about openers and panels, rescheduled for 10/6. Finally heard job completed after I called to confirm.

Google5They arrived on time and the technician was able to diagnose and fix the issue within a few minutes. He also gave me tips on maintenance and upkeep as well. The price was fantastic considering that many places want to upcharge you for everything. I will continue to call them in the future if any issues arise.

Google5Had a warranty job done.The gentleman was very good at his job, very friendly and notified me when he was coming to and how long it would be. Explain the whole process when he got there and was done in a timely manner. Just excellent service.
