Google1Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Once he installed a garage for me, it felt like I was no longer a priority at all. AJ has been extremely unprofessional. I had a garage installed, and within the first year it already started having issues. When I reached out for help, AJ gave me nothing but the runaround. He would ignore my calls and messages, or tell me to call him back and then never follow through. I would not recommend this company to anyone—not even my worst enemy. This has been by far the most frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve had with any business.

Google5Mr. Ray came out immediately within an hour or so to repair our garage door opener. It was almost 23 years old so we decided to replace it. He was very kind and attentive and cleaned up a mess when he left. He seemed like a very nice gentleman He also was very informative and helpful. Showed up on time Good price too Pleasure to do business with.

Google5Just got my garage door installed by BAHA. He was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful & personable. He was quick and thorough with his work. He explained and set up my MYQ app & accessories. I would definitely use BAHA again for my garage door opener. The experience was unmatched.

Google1I would give 0 stars if I was able too. Ray came to my home, was extremely disrespectful, I had to ask him to leave my home. He clearly did not want to install the garage openers we purchased due to having 16 foot ceilings. Made multiple excuses. Called AJ, the owner, he assured me we would be satisfied with his company. Sent his nephew, Hash to complete the job, along with a young boy. Completed the job, only to find 25-30 holes in our ceiling, the censors were placed incorrectly and he helped hisself to our personal items in the garage without permission. TERRIBLE customer service. Would NOT recommend. Claims filed with Lowe’s, Handy and BBB.

Yelp2United Garage doors replaced 2 openers at my home. He didn't bring all of the peripheral parts on the day of installation but accomplished 90% of the job. He asked for full payment on the promise that he would be out first thing the next morning to finish the job. Like a sap I paid him. Since then its been lie after excuse after failed promises every day.
