Angi5We've had work done multiple times by Advanced Door Works, and there honestly is no better set of technicians than theirs. Ned recently replaced our springs in April 2021, and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had us fixed in no time (all at a very reasonable price). Our most recent call was due to damage to the door from our teenage daughter backing into it. Tony quickly diagnosed and did what he could to get the door functioning again and due to the age of the door and type of damage, walked me through the replacement process, quote, etc. While home maintenance costs are tough, I really feel their prices are reasonable and backed by depth of knowledge of their trade. They stand behind their work and are truly exemplary! Pros: They are easy to get scheduled, and always on time. Their advice is logical, sound, and considerate of the cost situation. Technicians are professional and high integrity. Highly Recommend! Services Rendered: Spring Replacement in April 2021 / Door Replacement August 2021

Angi5Incredible service: here's what happened; it snowed two feet, & our garage door broke. I put in a request for a quote & very soon after, Ben called & put me in touch with Advanced Door Works' dispatcher, Amber, who let me know someone would be out that afternoon & she even apologized that they couldn't get out sooner. The repairman, Ned (really nice guy, gentle giant), dug out of his long driveway, drove 70ish miles, one way, & arrived exactly when Amber said he would. The door, which was messed up bad, was fixed in 30 minutes for a very fair price. These guys are awesome. My garage door is nearly 40 years old. When I replace it, I'm calling Advanced Door Works. Angi5It went great! Ryan came out and he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the garage door openers, their workings, and installation. He was very professional and friendly, and was able to answer all our questions, and even gave us a few very helpful hints about garage door openers. We will call them again if we need help with the garage door &/or opener again. We will absolutely refer others to them. Great job, Ryan, thank you so much. Angi5The company answered when I called and Ned was at my home within an hour. Ned replaced the springs on my double overhead garage door. He was knowledgeable and courteous and new exactly what he was doing, explaining the steps as he went along. I would hire again. Services Rendered: Replace springs on overhead garage door

Angi5After running some errands I returned home and parked in the garage. As the garage door was closing I heard a very loud bang. One of the springs had broken rendering the door inoperable. I called Advanced Door Works and within two hours they had one of their repair men, Don, at my house. Don replaced both springs and got the door operational but realized the door needed some additional fine tuning. It was the end of the day but he promised to return the next morning to get things working perfectly. Next morning at 9:00 AM Don and Ben arrived and spent better than an hour fine tuning door opening, closing and overall balance. They did a great job, were very professional and I will definitely call them again if I need garage door service. Services Rendered: Replace broken garage door spring.
