Today, a neighbor was in need of quick garage door repair, and it happened to be on the same day I needed help with a rental property garage door. Jarrad showed up first to solve the neighbor's issue and then went to the second job. Angi5Researched Angieslist and requested garage door contractors and somehow Home Adviser contractors began to call me. I randomly accepted a call from Jarred with Good Guys Garage Doors. He was readily available to give me an estimate and readily available to do the service the next day, while others were a few days to the next week. His estimate for replacement of my garage torsion spring and possibly replace both 25 year old garage doors ($2500 for 2 insulated small and large 7' doors) were reasonable. We accepted his bid for replacing only the torsion springs and replacing all rollers for $399. He was there on time, gave me a stronger spring (.262 inch vs .250 inch which was the one that broke) and replaced all my rollers with sealed nylon rollers, (best brand-see Duralifthardware.com). He adjusted the tension, tightened all hardware and balanced the garage door, all in less than 2 days from discovery of broken spring to full replacement. I highly recommend Jarred Thuer and his garage door service. Services Rendered: Replaced both garage torsion springs
