BBB1Run don't walk to the nearest exit, this old man is a conn.. He quoted me a price of ********* for a 20X20 Garage. Gave first 10% 10/26/21 ( $2,310.00) for permit, and then 40% 11/6/21 for concrete mono slab $8120.00. After not hearing a thing, and a stranger contacting me letting me know I got took. I looked at the back of my check for concrete company name, and it was different then the one he told me to make the check out to. So I called the concrete company to see what they charge for the forming and pouring of the slab. they told me it was $8.00 dollars a square foot.My math is bad, but I think that's 480 sq ft times $8.00 = ******** for the concrete work. So this man got an extra $4280.00. If so my next question is why didn't the concrete company contact me about the over payment. This is grand theft!!

BBB1Stay away from this conman. He will take your money and disappear He has half the money and disappeared into the sunset. The county shut down the job, and now I have had to hire other carpenters to try and make the building legal. If it ever gets done the investment will be over double the quoted cost. I didn't think guys like this could stay out of jail, but I was wrong.

BBB1This guy is a complete Crook he stole 4800,00 of my clients money never produce a thing if his lips are moving he lying!!!! He's lying to everyone he's smooth talker condescending, says all the right thing and under bids a job knowing you will take his bid and sign a bogus contract take 10% down and never show back up!! Why the BBB does not pursue the compaints any further is a joke. Please if you have been a victim of this slimy contractor please file a complaint with DORA and the Attorney General https://coag.gov/licensing/business-resources/
