When I called in a panic, they were able to fit me in in the morning to get me on my way. Jim R. realized it wasn't the springs but the gear and sprocket , and replaced it right away. He noticed a few nuts and bolts loose on the garage door, replaced them, and even replaced our motor's light bulbs. He didn't treat me like a ditz, and showed me the worn down gear and sprocket, and what a new one looks like. Very professional, prompt, kind, and informative! Definitely will use them again, and recommend! Services Rendered: Garage door was stuck, and he figured out the problem and fixed it!

Jim was here within half an hour. He was very polite, professional and funny. He was very knowledgable and explained our options (replace door vs replace springs and rollers). We decided to have the parts replaced/tune up work and are very happy with the end result. Work was completed very quickly, which was a good thing since my car was stuck in the garage! Would highly recommend to anyone needing service for their garage doors. The spring on my garage door broke Saturday morning. I called Littleton Garage Door, and they came out within a couple of hours, replaced the spring and tightened up loose bolts. Great professional service. Services Rendered: Replace broken garage door spring.

The workmen arrived on time, completed the job by 2:00 p.m. and cleaned up everything. They also hauled away the old doors. I couldn't have been happier with the work and the product! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Services Rendered: We needed to replace the sad-looking original garage doors on our house. I called and had a person out to the house to provide an estimate within a day. This person carefully explained their products and services that were provided along with the doors. The price was a set price which included servicing our existing openers and adding updated hardware. When we finally agreed on to go ahead with the job, it was scheduled within 2 days.

I called about 3:00 pm to report that I couldn't raise my garage door. They were prepared to come any time the next day.
