Google1BEWARE!! I ordered doors from this company in early August. When they finally arrived after several delays/months, the installer noticed they shipped the wrong hardware after installing one door. It took another 2 months for the correct hardware to come in. After further inspection of the doors i noticed several defects when they were manufactured. The installer and I both contacted the supplier about my concerns. They sent someone out to take pictures and we never heard back. The customer service experience has been horrible with zero communication. I am returning these doors and using another supplier. Good luck with any warranty claims. After researching Hörmann doors, I found several others with the same concerns. Poor quality of the product and horrible customer service. BEWARE!!

Google2Purchased a modern Northwest Garage door for our complete house renovation. Decided to go with the more expensive model. After about a year the framing around two of the 5 windows started to peel. It was repaired by Northwest and at the time the technician stated that the frames should have been anodized but instead were painted. Long story short the remaining windows started to peel during year 6, after the warranty expired (5 years), so we have been denied for repairs. It's a shame they refused to address the situation when they knew the door frames were not properly finished. After months of inquiry we never received a return to our numerous calls to Northwest. It's too bad, we really like the door, but customer service was absolutely the worst.

Google1I've been waiting for 4 doors from them through Cleary buildings for over 5 months now. Every time Cleary calls them they say they will look into it and get back to them. They have never gotten back to them and Cleary calls them once a week.

Google1We tried for weeks to get an account setup! Dennis completely blew us off, he never returned our calls or e-mails. On average 10 + doors a week that I buy from another vendor.
