Google5It's refreshing to see and have Jason take pride in his work and be a perfectionist. This Prolift gives a time and they show up on time. No four hour time window for a technician to show up. Reasonably priced for the work that was done. Great job!

Google5Solid problem-solving for a weird problem where the door wouldn't close with the remote when it was cold out. Jason balanced the door and tightened the springs, but we couldn't do a real test because it was warm. By the end of the week, cold weather returned and so did the problem. He returned Monday morning, without charging me again on the service side. He quickly replaced the safety sensors and that did the trick. I truly appreciate a responsive service at a fair price from a competent and effective professional, regardless of the field. Jason is a a real pro.

Google5Had Jason come and Install a garage door opener for a house I just bought. When I had first called the company, I was told Jason would reach out and within a few hours, he did. Jason asked all the right questions and made sure he had everything he needed to do the install on my new house. When I told him we were deciding between a wall mount and a celling mount, he went and got a side mount garage door set, just in case we decided to go that route! great customer service. It didn't stop there. He came out to do the install and was courteous and professional. Answered all questions and made sure the system was working before leaving. Now skip ahead 2 weeks, my fiance and I arrive home and our garage door will not shut. We call ProLift the next morning, and within an hour Jason calls to see when a good day to come back out will be. He explained that he could come out that day to do a same day repair, and within 20 minutes he was at my house fixing my sensor that had died. I will recommend Jason and ProLift whenever possible! This experience has been nothing short of great customer service!

Google5Jason and Bob installed a brand new garage door for us after the original was damaged beyond repair. Our only regret is that we didn't get into contact with them sooner! They were punctual, quick, polite, and very reasonably priced. What else can you ask for in a garage door company? Very highly recommended. Thanks for everything guys!

Google5Quoted one of the lowest prices to replace broken spring on garage door at rental home and said he would do it the next day after I never heard back from another company. Glad I went with ProLift. I asked them to also inspect and replace any other parts that needed it. They said all other parts were fine but made adjustments for free. Not only did they complete the job professionally, they did so without overcharging. I liked them so much, I called the for service on my own house garage doors and could not be happier. My "go to" company for garage doors. I only wish they did everything else!

Google5Excellent experience! Prompt response to my request for a bid. Came out the next morning, a Saturday for a free quote. Bob and Jason installed 5 days later, arriving exactly when they said and finishing almost exactly when they said. Wore masks, were professional and fun! I will only call them for service if I ever need. Love the quality of my door, the look, the window choice, color. Thanks guys. It was a great experience!

Google5Exceptional experience! Our garage door was literally on its last leg, it was 23 years old! We decided it was time for a new one and called ProLift Garage Doors of Brighton. Jason is the man of the hour when it comes to the details surrounding installation, insulation, brands, designs, and the overall purchase of the door you feel is right for your home. He was informative and gave us ample information on the different designs and doors to choose from. We wanted a quieter door as well as better insulation in our garage. Jason was efficient and followed through on every detail. We've had our Garage door in place for almost a year now and its perfect!! I highly recommend ProLift of Brighton for your garage door needs!!

Google5Our spring broke 3 years to the day of installation. ProLift honored the 3-year warranty even though the company was owned by a different person, and the spring was obviously the wrong one for our door. Jason was prompt, professional and friendly, did the repair, made sure everything else was in working order, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I will definitely call them again when we replace the door. Highly recommend!
