BBB5I had 2 broken garage door springs on a double garage door a few weeks ago and ************************* (Smart Choice Overhead Garage Doors) came out the same day and replaced both springs for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use his services again if the need arises.

BBB5He was here in about an hour, fantastic same day service. Our repair was fairly basic but far more than we could handle. We had a broken spring on the garage door. He replaced both springs on that door. We were given a written invoice with warranty information for our records. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was great and we were very satisfied.

Angi5Great, I have used Steve a few times over the years. You need to call him. He can handle any garage door project, much cheaper and way more efficient than others, and quick service. Angi5I called Steve this morning at 8:00 am. He was at the house and working on the door at 9:00 am. An hour later the broken spring, along with the other spring, had been replaced, the door had been balanced and the wheels and tracks had been lubricated. All for less than anyone else in the area. Great service for a great price. Will definitely use him again if anything comes up. Services Rendered: Garage door repair.

Angi5Called Steve on a Sunday about a broken spring. He was at my house within an hour. Excellent service! Steve is personable and knowledgeable. He replaced both springs, explained why and how they worked, as well as checking all other functions of the garage door. Angi5I contacted Smart Choice by phone after discovering that my garage door would not open properly (one spring was broken). He made an appointment for about 90 minutes later, at 6:00pm in the evening--excellent availability and responsiveness. He explained that if one spring was broken, it would be smart to replace both springs as the cost was only slightly higher. I agreed to have both springs replaced. He arrived punctually and performed his work very quickly. He had the appropriate springs onboard his van, so there was no need for him to run to a supply house. After the repair was complete, he took great care to inspect my garage door and perform a "tune up" by tightening the loose brackets. This was an excellent experience, and I would use this contractor again without hesitation. Services Rendered: Smart Choice replaced two springs on my garage door. He also inspected the door and performed a "tune-up" by tightening loose brackets.

Angi5Smart Choice Overhead Garage Door was not only very responsive to my service problem, they did not charge me extra for the service call in the Sunday evening. The owner/operator Steve was very thorough in explaining what caused my problem and what he planned to do. He told me upfront what was going to cost and there was no surprise. I would absolutely hire him again, and recommend him to anyone without reservation. Services Rendered: The garage door spring broke in Sunday evening. I first called the company that had installed the spring two years ago. They told me that they could not come out, and it was already out of warranty. So I called Steve of Smart Choice. He came out within one hour, and fixed the door within 2 hours. Without his work, we would not be able to drive to work the following day.
