HORRIBLE COMPANY!! My husband called to see about getting our garage door fixed. One of the springs was broken and the plan was to replace both springs. We don't use it as a garage, but just a storage shed. That was told to the person on the phone. Being a storage shed, it was full of stuff. Steve came out and looked at it. He said we needed some spring extenders and he would have to order them. In the meantime he disassembled the good spring so he wouldn't have to do it later. He specifically said he would be the one coming out to fix it and someone would call in a few days. After a week, my husband called to find out when someone would come out. The secretary said someone would call back. Brian called and told my husband no one would be coming out to fix anything. He said our garage was a "pig sty" and they refused to deal with us. My husband offered to clean it out. Most of it was big items, like our grill. He was super rude and said no one from their company would ever come back. When he was asked about the good spring that was removed, he said that was not going to be put back on. My husband told him we could not open the door because the spring was off. He said we didn't need to open it anyway. Then he made an excuse about not being able to get the parts anyway. I can't believe someone doing business with customers would be so rude! When my husband called back to talk to the secretary, she just said, "His bark is worse than his bite." This is the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to deal with!
