This last week had a problem with my garage door opening, my son Scott Pritchard suggested WDDoor and Brad Wharff sent technician Bob & Justin to fix my problem. I was very happy with the service and delighted with the price. I will use them for all my garage door problems in the future.

Just bought a house that was ~2 years old. Our garage door wasn't closing all the way leaving a small gap on one side, and the Delden sticker was in our garage so I gave them a call. Turns out there was no cable installed on one of the sides of the garage door, so they installed that, but then the garage door didn't open all the way after the tech installed the cable. The tech said the wrong spring was installed on this garage door, and they would call me to set up a time. Ok fine... but aren't these the guys who installed the wrong spring in the first place? Whatever, I paid for the new cable and waited to get my call for the next appointment. 3 days passed and I heard nothing, so I finally decided to give them a call and they said they had scheduled me for the next day (without talking to me and confirming with me that time would work with my schedule). I kept getting handed around between customer service, payments, and the scheduler which seemed to lead to miscommunications, including my name being wrong in their system. They come, install the new spring and everything works, but I'm pretty annoyed at this point that I've paid for the cable that wasn't ever installed in the first place and paid for the new spring to replace the incorrect one. The odds the previous owner did anything to mess with the cable or the spring in just 2 years seems extremely unlikely. Seems much more likely it would've been Delden's mistake from the beginning. Overall, not super happy that I spent close to $400 for what is more than likely their own mistakes from 2 years ago. Also communication was poor. But they did resolve the issue with the garage not closing all the way which is why this isn't a 1 star review.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my garage door late on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone to my house Sunday night as we needed to get our vehicles out of the garage early Monday morning. The service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. For any garage door needs I suggest Deldon, they have a customer for life.

Very responsive company, literally submitted a service order online one day. They were out to fix the garage door spring the next day. I’ll never use another company I’ve had 2 positive experiences with this company and they actually care about their customers. Great job Delden old school values that are not around much these days keep up the good work.

I would recommend Deldon. We discovered an error had been made with the installation of the doors on our new home. Rick could not have been more attentive in resolving the situation to our satisfaction in a very timely manner. I was in the construction industry for over 30 years and I feel that Rick stands out for his customer care and satisfaction.

My old garage door quit working on a Wednesday night. The next morning I called Delden, and before noon on Thursday I had a new opener (replete with two remotes, an indoor switch and an external keypad). The service tech, Jared, was friendly and knowledgeable; he also informed me as to why my existing opener could not be fixed. He then installed the new opener and made sure everything worked properly before he left my residence, including a complete lubrication of my existing door. The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend Delden Garage Doors for servicing and/or replacement of a garage door opener.

We had a unique challenge with our desire for new garage doors. I researched the entire metro and either spoke with or had quotes from several dealers. Rick was the one that was willing to think outside of the box and not try to sell me what was easy or convenient. When the first order came in damaged, he immediately called me to let me know that they would not be installing until he received undamaged panels. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. Rick came out the day of to check and called a couple weeks later to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Delden garage doors! Thanks for a job well done and for communicating throughout the process!

Last year, I purchased a garage door opener unit from Delden Garage. They installed the opener unit but used the old I-Drive spring unit. After a few months we had a problem with the old spring unit. Rick, the owner of Delden in Des Moines, IA., personally came out to my house, checked the issue and installed a new spring for us "at no cost"! This was a $300 value for the spring installation! He conveyed to me that when his installer came out the first time, he should have installed a new spring with the garage door opener unit. I appreciate Rick, his honesty, and good will that he showed us with the installation. These days it's hard to find a company that honestly stands behind their product or work, so this was refreshing to me. DELDEN GARAGE is my garage servicing company that I stand behind!
