My neighbors used Home Pride for roof replacement at the suggestion of their insurer. This company subcontracted the job out to another company, without informing the home owners, and that company completely and totally failed to do the job correctly. Two different inspectors agreed the roof would need torn off and redone, and Home Pride fought at every step to take no responsibility for what happened until they were literally compelled to give the money back after the insurance company got involved. I see that this company has plenty of good reviews so maybe the experience my neighbors had was rare, but if things go sideways with this company, you'll probably need a good lawyer to straighten it back out. Update: since they replied to this review and claim they have "not had a complaint of this nature", maybe take a look at your records for 3513 Ross Rd in Ames and the months-long pain not taking responsibility inflicted on your client there.

We sustained wind and hail damage from a storm last summer in 2021. Home Pride was able to work closely with myself and the insurance company to resolve any and all damages covered under my policy. Greg was my GC. Greg was easily the sole reason why everything went so smoothly over the process we just stayed in contact and if there was any issues he was on it. Even went out of his way to locate our custom siding which we thought we wouldn't be able to get. Very impressed with Greg's Service and Professionalism. I'd recommend Home Pride and Greg to anyone

We worked with Home Pride after the tornado in 3/2022. They had great communication, from initial contact through completion. Jeremy Anderson took great care of our project and was a pleasure to work with. They did a full siding repair as well as trim work and gutters on our 1.5 year old house and their installation was higher quality than the original. From the business end, they were up front with costs and worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Overall we were very happy!

I used Home Pride for repairs needed from a hail storm. Home Pride worked directly with State Farm and made sure all repairs were sent through my home owners insurance policy. I live in a mobile home and it was transformed with a new roof, gutters, siding and windows from Home Pride. The color scheme has helped to modernize my home and I am very pleased. Diego who was my project manager was wonderful to work with and handled any questions or concerns I had in a timely fashion. Home Pride also has a bank they work with that can offer financing options. I would recommend this company and am happy with their service and products.

The entire team was really great to work with.
