Had numerous repairs being done on my house. I had a problem with every contractor, either not showing up, or ghosting me after starting, to doing such I terrible job I had to have someone else come in and try to fix their mess. In addition, I needed a new garage door. Upon getting estimates, one company pushed on the garage and it moved. He told me I would have to have the garage secured before they could install the door. They did not do restorations. B&M was referred by a friend. Called and explained my situation. Mr. Miller asked me to give him a few days and he would be out to look at the garage and give me an estimate. And that's exactly what he did. Still feeling a little gun shy, I took my sister with me to the office. We asked questions and were satisfied with the answer and gave our deposit. The day the work began, I called and asked a few questions for my edification. I felt I was attacked for asking questions on the day they were to start. I was told by the gentlemen he had never been asked these questions ( which were basic customer questions). Nothing had changed about my wanting to doing business with them. I just had a few questions. After his strong reaction I was starting to wonder if I was making a mistake. Mr. Miller showed up. He explained everything to me. Encouraged me to come out and watch them work and ask questions. Even after they were done and he was paid, I called to ask if I could get 2 remotes as my old ones didn't work any more and i had forgotten to ask when they were here. He went the extra mile and offered to have someone bring me 2 because they had to be programmed! I am so glad I did not change my mind. I highly recommend B&M. If they can't get to you right away, they are worth waiting for. They truly care about their community. Thank you for a superb job!!

I have only good things to say about B & M Garage Doors. Their service is always excellent. I am a repeat customer; and I would not continue to use them if I were dissatisfied with their service. I just had to call them for service (5 days ago) when my garage fell off the track. The Service Technician was at my house in 15 minutes of my call/cry for help. I could not get my car out of the garage with the door in the condition it was in. However, the work was do efficiently and quickly, and I was out of my garage and on my way. Their office staff/dispatcher was so respectful and considerate of my urgency for help. I would (and have) recommended B & M to others. Their company sticker is on the wall of my garage for handy reference, and their response to me has been outstanding!

Derrick (employed for 17 years) from B Door came yesterday -was timely and no nonsense and said it was going to be a tune-up for $125. Retighten the springs, tighten the bolts, and lubed the hinges. My husband is very handy, but for some reason this issue of the door not closing properly "threw him for a loop." After I spent 3 hours checking for a good repair company from on-line, ads, and Angi's, I also had a recommendation from a B Door customer who rated them "Very Competent" In Their Business Of Doors! -AND- Thanks Bob (the owner) who was straight foreword and assure the job was probably a tune-up after explaining the dilemma. 5 Stars "HANDS DOWN!"
