Google1I placed an order for two gate keypads on November 24, 2023. It is December 12, 2023 and they have yet to ship the keypads. They sent a UPS tracking number, but UPS hasn't received the package. I have attempted to contact Door Openers & More by phone, email, and chat to no avail. In fact, in the chat, the person read my message, ignored me, then logged out of chat. I am beyond displeased and will be heading to my bank to dispute the charge for the order. I will never do business with them again.

Google1I placed an order nearly two weeks ago. I received shipping notice 11/17. The order never left Michigan and four attempts to get assistance from customer service have led to no communication or resolution.

Google5Have a very old Sears craftsman opener which needed the keypad replaced. Received the keypad and tried to program without success. Contacted Door Openers late on a Friday afternoon and received an immediate response from Marc. He went right into troubleshooting, asking what units were working and asked for the model numbers of the pieces I had. On Sunday evening I get an email from Marc saying that I had an additional unit plugged in to the wall outlet connecting to the motor unit. I never knew it was there. Simple instructions from Marc followed and within minutes of programing, I had a functional key pad. Happy I found these guys online. Fast shipping, great pricing and the best in customer service.

Google5I have a pre-circa 1993 Chamberlain opener and my keypad died. After 2 years of searching on and off for a replacement (and buying and returning them), I came across this company and their keypad worked!! Timely delivery, reasonable price and came with detailed easy to follow instructions.
