Google5Had numerous repairs being done on my house. I had a problem with every contractor, either not showing up, or ghosting me after starting, to doing such I terrible job I had to have someone else come in and try to fix their mess. In addition, I needed a new garage door. Upon getting estimates, one company pushed on the garage and it moved. He told me I would have to have the garage secured before they could install the door. They did not do restorations. B&M was referred by a friend. Called and explained my situation. Mr. Miller asked me to give him a few days and he would be out to look at the garage and give me an estimate. And that's exactly what he did. Still feeling a little gun shy, I took my sister with me to the office. We asked questions and were satisfied with the answer and gave our deposit. The day the work began, I called and asked a few questions for my edification. I felt I was attacked for asking questions on the day they were to start. I was told by the gentlemen he had never been asked these questions ( which were basic customer questions). Nothing had changed about my wanting to doing business with them. I just had a few questions. After his strong reaction I was starting to wonder if I was making a mistake. Mr. Miller showed up. He explained everything to me. Encouraged me to come out and watch them work and ask questions. Even after they were done and he was paid, I called to ask if I could get 2 remotes as my old ones didn't work any more and i had forgotten to ask when they were here. He went the extra mile and offered to have someone bring me 2 because they had to be programmed! I am so glad I did not change my mind. I highly recommend B&M. If they can't get to you right away, they are worth waiting for. They truly care about their community. Thank you for a superb job!!

Google1They attempted to charge me $100 to deactivate my garage opener from my car. The the owner hung up on me when I called them out about it. Horrible customer service. Will never use them or recommend.

He explained everything to me and sent someone out the same day. The next day my garage door was installed. HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL! A family owned business. I was blessed with this company. Google5I have only good things to say about B & M Garage Doors. Their service is always excellent. I am a repeat customer; and I would not continue to use them if I were dissatisfied with their service. I just had to call them for service (5 days ago) when my garage fell off the track. The Service Technician was at my house in 15 minutes of my call/cry for help. I could not get my car out of the garage with the door in the condition it was in. However, the work was do efficiently and quickly, and I was out of my garage and on my way. Their office staff/dispatcher was so respectful and considerate of my urgency for help. I would (and have) recommended B & M to others. Their company sticker is on the wall of my garage for handy reference, and their response to me has been outstanding!
