Google5We had Michigan Door out to our home this weekend. From the first call to the completed repair, it was a great experience working with this company. I called in the morning and had a technician out early in the afternoon l, Sam day. Drew called before arriving, was very knowledgeable and did a terrific job. I was thankful he pointed out the healthy parts and some to keep an eye on in the future. I had him change out the springs and rollers. I would absolutely have Drew back again.

Google5We had a major malfunction with our garage door and it would not close. Michigan Door was able to get someone out within a few hours of our call. Keaton was friendly, professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. I would definitely recommend Michigan Door for any needs you may have and we will be giving them for more work in the summer.

Google5Michigan Door Service is exceptional. As you can imagine, when your garage spring breaks and you can't get anything out, you're clearly in a bind. Michigan Door was here in less than 24 hours. Al, the technician, was professional and thorough, and explained everything, including preventative maintenance to extend our garage door's operational life. I am a returning customer to Michigan Door. The previous service was equally as good, and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Google5Keaton from Michigan Door came out today to service our garage door. He did a great job explaining the issue and offering a number of solutions to address. He completed the repair quickly. We have used Michigan Door in the past and always been pleased with their outstanding service!

Google5I have been a customer of Doors of Pontiac/Michigan Door for over 25 years. They have been trustworthy and reliable. Today my garage door opener was replaced by their technician, Mike Jones. Mike is the the kind of technician that every customer would want to perform their work. He gave me a one hour window for the appointment and texted me when he was on his way. He was friendly, polite and explained what needed to be done. He offered 2 types of openers explaining all the pros and cons of each one. He gave recommendations and he listened to my concerns. He was skilled at his job and completed the work without any problems, and showed me that everything worked properly. Mike is a valuable asset for Michigan Door.
