We needed new entry and storm doors, both for the front of the house and for our side entrance. Taylor Door came out to take measurements and we visited the showroom to select our doors. They gave us excellent advice (thank you!) on design and colors. Installation took most of a business day, but our entryways needed a lot of work and they replaced the door frames. We are thrilled with the results, and will use them again when we replace our garage door and doors to the back patio.

A couple years ago, I had these guys replace both the front door and storm door, but also the storm door to the back yard for my mom at her house. After they were finally installed, it had to be the best work I've ever seen. I was so impressed with both the quality of the product, AND the work, that I decided to get a new front door with sidelights on my home as well. And it is absolutely perfect. I can't believe how much you can love a beautiful front door! Pictures attached is mine. I will always use these guys for doors as long as I don't live too far away!

We recently used Taylor Door Company for our Complete Entry AND Side Door Wall replacements. To say that we were extremely satisfied and that this company completely exceeded our expectations, is an understatement. We started our estimate process with several companies a few months prior and decided to go with them based on rapport, quality of products, knowledge of the tasks/products, excellent communication and patience with the abundance of questions asked of them each time I called back prior to install. From the different conversations with Audrey, Tara, and Darren.. to the detailed options offered and estimate given from Bob...to the quality of work and attention to detail of our installers David and Jay(J), we can tell that they are a company that makes sure their customers are beyond completely satisfied! It was a pleasure to go through the process with them all and we love our beautiful new doors! We're happy to recommend them going forward to anyone in need of great quality doors who are looking for someone to treat your home as if you're family! :)

My Taylor Door experience started out so promising, Bob did a good job selling the doors to us. When they came to install it was the wrong size, even though they measured twice. No one at the manufacturer measured nor did Taylor Door. So I had to postpone my install for a week. Not one person from TD called me to explain, offer any reason or give any compensation. I actually was only given information from the installer, I was deeply disappointed with their customer service. But I would like to say Dave the installer did a fantastic job and I am happy with my doors.

My wife and I were in the market for a new entry door earlier this year, so we decided to shop the big box stores. After chatting with a family member, we were given the recommendation of calling Taylor Door. I was greeted on the phone by Audrey, and I explained everything that we were looking for. Within a day or two Brad came over to speak with us about options. Even before entering the house, Brad had taken a photo of our entryway in order to create renders for our new door. We spent the next hour or so discussing styles, colors, and costs. Brad was able to relay all information to us clearly, and there was no sense of pressure to purchase. We placed the door order on 1/20/20, and an appointment to install was made once the door arrived on 3/4/20. Audrey was great at handling the scheduling portion of this project. On install day (3/6), Jason and Rob arrived and immediately began working on removing the old door. Both of them were extremely courteous and friendly during their duration at our home. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the craftsmanship and time taken to remove and install the new door. We will be reaching out to Taylor again when we replace the garage door and doorwall.

Amazing service and installation! We love our new door and could not be more satisfied. The installation team were top-notch professionals. I highly recommend working with Taylor Door over any "big box" store who will send in less than qualified installers. Brad, the sales rep, came to our house, educated us on the best solution for our door requirements and scheduled the procurement and installation. The installation team came out on time, were very careful with the tear-out, made sure our floors were protected, and were laser focused on the installation. I have no idea as to why there is a single negative post for Tayor Door - it's a mystery to us. A+++ all around!

What an incredible company. From the first call in to sales team to the installer these people are terrific. We started a quote over a year ago and ended up waiting due to personal reasons, the Taylor Door team did not push or rush to purchase a door. When we were ready to purchase they were able to pull the original quote and go from there. Caroline and Dave were great and I would highly recommend them again! The before and after pictures speak for themselves! Top notch quality service, made me feel like family.

The workmanship and attention to detail was great. They were professional and prompt. We didn't have to sit around and wait. They came when promised. The materials used were top-notch and they took all of the mess with them. The materials were excellent. We won't have to paint the inside or the outside. They took time to explain setting the touch pad and made sure we understood common maintenance we could perform safely. Services Rendered: Installed a new garage door, opener, touch pad and trim.
