Every time we work with them we have experience professionalism. Promises made and kept. Crews that work efficiently and keep your home as clean as possible while working. From sales, delivery and installation everything has been great. We highly recommend Taylor Doors

Google2On my daily walk i happened to cross ine of the owners speaying weeds on the sidewalk. I stopped to inquire about doors and he was very helpful and invited us into the showroom. We spent 30 minutes with him and walked out excited. As of today two weeks later we have not received a call back. Very disappointed. Guess because we live in the poor neighborhood

Google5I write honest, unbiased reviews as you will see. Jay was my salesman and was very helpful in deciding what exterior door I might need to match my 1955 house. There was no pressure, he patiently educated me on all my options. I appreciated that. There was no hard sell, it was refreshing. I liked the fact that the doors are manufactured here. They custom build them locally. A BIG plus because there are way less things to go wrong along the way. The price was right and came in slightly higher than another company that I had a terrible experience with, and ended up canceling the contract and getting my money back months later, and not without a lot of grief. The experience with Taylor Door and Window was so positive I ended up purchasing 2 more exterior doors. The way someone says that I like you, in a business setting, is when they give you their money. Money is the currency in business and relationships, of course. I purchased 3 doors from Taylor Door and Window Company because my first experience with them was an extremely positive one. The door is of beautiful quality and the look of it adds something special to the room. It pulls the room together an the room is prettier to look at now. The guys who build these beautiful doors and the installers both do high quality work. It's so rare to find I had to take the time to write this review. Don't waste your time doing research these are the guys to go with for any kind of window or door, garage doors too

Google5Wanting new front and back doors, I shopped around for comparison on product, price and reviews. Let me just say, Taylor Doors and Windows, a family owned and ran company was everything I had hoped for, and then some! One of the son's Jay Jay, in particular, was who I dealt with from beginning to end. The estimate he gave was fair and unwaivering. I appreciated how Jay Jay kept me informed on the process along the way with quick responses on anything I asked. On the day of installation, Vince showed up on time, ready to get the job done. He was experienced and loved his job. That man worked hard. He resolved issues that arose during the day and wasn't leaving or going home for the day until he and us, were completely satisfied. I would recommend Taylor Door and Window Company, in Livonia. Do not choose another company without checking them out, first.

Yelp1STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. We mistakenly hired this company based on the reviews of another company with the same name. This Taylor Door is clearly doing business hoping others do the same and mistake them with the highly rated SCS Taylor door. The installers did a sloppy job, with caulk smeared everywhere and a large gap under our door. They left trash all over our front yard. It's a double door and the inactive side cannot be pinned into the floor, as they broke it. We called MANY times to have the door fixed, and they assigned the same sloppy installer, who no-call no-showed on us three times. Most of our phone calls were not returned, until I called off a different number pretending I wanted to buy a door. Finally after two weeks they sent someone else out, who fixed some of the issues but not all. The inactive door still doesn't pin, so now I have to pay someone who actually knows what they're doing, to fix it. So much for their workmanship guarantee!

Yelp1STOP and read this first. I had a garage service door installed on June 25, 2021 for $1350.00. The final workmanship is just awful!!! I called six times, left messages every time to either come repaint this mess or send me the paint and I'll do it myself. NEVER received a call back. So be careful they do not have any customer service, support, nor do they back up their work.

Yelp5They did a wonderful job installing my new entry & storm doors! I am so pleased with the workmanship & attention to detail. Heck they even caught my dog after she escaped the house! Shout out to Chris & Ben for just being great hardworking guys! Please if your in the market for new doors give them a call. I am so glad I kept my business local & gave it to some hardworking people in my neighborhood!!

Yelp1My mother had an appointment for door measurement. The guy that we set the appointment with was very accommodating and set up the appointment. He did call to confirm that day of the appointment. I missed the call but he left a message to say he was confirming the appointment. I called him back within 15 mins of him calling me. He did not answer the phone so I left him a message to confirm and that we will be at the house and we will be waiting for him. Our appointment time came and went by. I called him again - he didnt answer the phone - I left another message for him to call me. No call no show. How unprofessional is that!!! I know he saw my number in his caller ID. He just ignored it. He could have called and resked with us if there was a problem. Still to this day I have not heard from him. I dont want to give him a 1 star but It wont let me post unless i chose one. He gets a big fat ZERO. I will NEVER use this company and will not refer this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Yelp1Horrible company, especially the owner, Jay. Ordered our patio door June 28th, installed wrong door August 28th. We ordered "clay" colored trim - they installed "Almond" while I was at work. Also, raised the threshold over 3 inches! Now we have a trip hazard between the dining room and patio, and it's not handicapped accessible. We are senior citizens, trying to plan ahead. Who puts a raised threshold on a door wall? Owner wants $300 MORE to give us what we ordered! No compromise. No apology. We've been more than patient and just want what we ordered. He's not professional and obviously doesn't care about his customers. Believe the bad reviews on this outfit
