Google5Tim was very responsive to our problem, and was here first thing the day after calling. He and his helper got right to work, and fixed what was wrong. I would recommend them for anything to do with overhead doors.

Google5Our garage door spring broke late evening, so the next morning, 7:30 am, I called Tim at Eastern Iowa Overhead Door. He answered and told me they would be at our house in couple hours. They were there and fixed it in 30 minutes. Tim is very professional and very caring. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Google5Thayne and his crew came to the house and replaced and took away our old door within two hours. He even took the time to walk through the new keyless entry and new belt motor/cameras and paired them to each of our phones. Great people. Great service.

They called me to let me know exactly when they would arrive. My latest install took around an hour. They showed me all the features of my new garage door openers, helped me set it up to my car and showed me how to download the app, and pointed out some of the new safety features that I may have skipped over. Google5I highly recommend doing business with Tim and his team. They provide fast, responsive and professional service. A lightening strike fried my opener, and Tim was out here pronto, then sent his guys out to do the installation. Thayne, the lead installer, took time to show me how everything worked and set me up with an app that will open and monitor door opening on my phone. I appreciate the work that was done.
