Found Jon through the Nextdoor app, he came out to review our project that we were needing done, dropdown attic stairs in our garage. He showed up as promised, very personable and professional. Although he was not able to do this project for us (because the entry hole was only 20.5” wide, and the trusses were not spaced properly either for him to work with). He gave us his honest opinion and did not try to sell us something that we did not need. I will most definitely contact him again when we have another project we need help with.

Jon built our home in Two Harbors. I can't recommend him enough!! When my husband died during the building phase. Jon stepped up and helped me make decisions to finish the project. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained confusing processes and took personal interest in creating a beautifully finished house. He has been available for my many questions since. i could never have done this without him and his team!

We found Jon through the NextDoor app down here in Hernando Fl. They responded quickly to our inquiry and setup an appointment within one day of the initial contact to discuss the project. Jon's review and estimate of the scope of work was reasonable so we engaged him for the project. Jon was able to start within a couple of days of our meeting. The project to remove a custom built Murphy bed and cabinets and repurpose the cabinets was more challenging that what we initially thought. Jon completed the project in a timely matter and stuck to his word regarding the estimate and in fact provided some additional work that we didn't discuss at the onset. I'd strongly recommend Jon to anyone who needs a skill honest contractor.
