Google1Extremely poor customer service! Tried 2 different occasion's to get a bid from them. On the 3rd try they basically said they weren't Intrested. I would be leery of this company. We will be spending about $6000 on doors. It won't be with this company.

Google5Very helpful and professional. Helped me with everything I needed. It was better than going to a big box store and trying to find everything. They were less expensive, and they had a great delivery service. I actually gave them some wrong information on an item and they were great helping me get it resolved. They went above and beyond.

Google1The latching mechanism on our sliding door broke somehow and so I attempted to call Quality Door to get it replaced several months ago. I have attempted to reach somebody at a minimum of five different times, leaving two voicemails; I even text messaged one of the salesman directly, and now going into month four I still have not heard a single peep from them. There is no excuse for this type of customer service. I can understand a delayed response due to other obligations but to completely ignore a customer's attempt to fix a possible faulty part in one their products is unacceptable, in my opinion.

Google5They are great with Doors, Trim, & Millwork. Todd does a great job as well as all the other stuff there. They provide trim, windows, doors, custom millwork, door & window installation, hardware, Handrail parts, and newel posts. They do all or most of the doors, windows, trim, and some install services in our homes. They do a great job and Todd helps with all his experience. We would highly recommend them....
