Google5Dusty called before he arrived, called when he diagnosed the problem, and fixed an old door for me with parts that he already happened to have with him. Pricing was very fair. He went exceedingly above and beyond. Snake River may not be quite as good as when Lynn did it, but they are darn close. My abundant thanks to Snake River Overhead Door. Well done.

Google5After attempting to get my garage door fixed through other companies and getting frustrated with the process, I called Snake River Glass. The office manager is terrific, as her personality is uplifting. She had a crew at my home the very afternoon that I called, and they had my door fixed professionally and promptly. I now have a garage door company that I can depend on. Well done!

Google5I have utilized this company several times and the customer service is amazing. The woman who takes the call, I believe her name is Jan, goes above and beyond to make things happen and get her guys out To your house in a timely manner.. Then, twice now, I have had a gentleman, Dusty, who had come out and explained and shown me what to do in future scenarios without being condescending and just awesome customer service. 10/10 highly recommend.

Google5Excellent service, great pricing, really fast. The spring on one of our garage doors snapped and Snake River Overhead Door had the pair of springs replaced on the door within 24 hours (we elected to do both at the same time given their age). They also oiled the door and fixed the seal. I'm super happy with the speed, quality and price of service.

Google5These guys were great! Quick, friendly, and super helpful. My spring on my garage door broke at 9am Friday morning. I scrambled until around 2pm to try to find someone that would at least sell me a new spring, or come fix it. No one knew how to deal with my (what turned out to be) one-of-a-kind spring system on my old door. Then, around 2pm I happened upon the Snake River Overhead Door Company. So I gave them a call and Dusty answered. Despite a crazy day on his end, he was at my house before 3pm (less than an hour after I called) and helped me design a new spring system that would still work with my old hardware. I'm a do-it-yourselfer kind of guy, so I just had him sell me the parts, but unlike any service man I've ever worked with, he didn't look down on me for wanting to do the work myself. In fact, he walked me through the whole installation process, got me set up with everything I needed, charged a fair price, and thanks to his great instructions I had my garage door back up and running by 7pm. In total my garage door was down for less than 12 hours! I spoke with two of my neighbors since getting everything fixed up today, and they mentioned that they had also used Snake River Overhead Door Service, and found them very honest, reliable, and great quality all at a great price. (Too bad I didn't talk to them first!) Though I hope it is many years before I need to do business with them again (fingers crossed my installation job works) I will definitely call these guys again the next time something goes wrong with my door.

Google3"Poor business ethics" I will take responsibility that I did call them and asked to install these doors... but this is where it all goes bad... I thought I was calling another local garage door company that I had received a bid from. I told these guys I wanted to go ahead with the install not realizing it was in fact Snake River Overhead door service, who never even sent me a quote. I own a business and never do a job without first confirming that my PROPOSAL was accepted. They came and installed the garage doors and left, I inspected the garage doors once they left, two of the doors the panels were bent, I had ordered extruded aluminum and got stamped pot metal, I received the invoice a few days later and it was almost double what the other garage door company had quoted with extruded aluminum frame (an upgrade option) I have the quote. Today was the final straw which makes me give this review which I hate doing, but businesses need to be held to a standard especially when charging a premium. I called the owner and he gave me a slight discount and tried to tell me its a better door...bah... and never fixed the panels. I also had ordered at the same time a MYQ opener for another house, an expensive opener. I installed it last night, after installation I realized it was a three year old model that they had sold me at full retail, this model requires additional parts to be able to make it wireless. I think they just cleared inventory at the consumers expense, not happy UPDATE: They eventually fixed the panels, I still feel this should have been dealt with differently. They should have gotten a signed estimate by me, this would have made everything totally transparent.
