Google5Had a great experience with them. Expert install crew, great front desk communication and great follow up on service. Had a small bump in the road with some wiring and they got it fixed and the doors back in action.

Google2BUYER BEWARE! I accepted a quote for 2 shop doors and a standard garage door from these guys summer of 2021. A week after install I got an additional invoice for installation of $7000 for the 2 shop doors. And the garage door was made too wide, even though I caught their measurement error on the quote and asked them to correct it, they made it to their original measurement and never acknowledged the mistake. They seem to have some serious internal communication challenges. Anyways, the quality of the Raynor commercial doors is good, the installation cost was exorbitant in my opinion. Tried to come to an agreeable resolution, but no luck. Probably could have filed a claim with CCB for The Door Guy doing work without a bid/quote, but have already wasted too much time on this frustrating experience.

He is a professional. Had the problem diagnosed quickly and can do the repair once he has parts. He was helpful, courteous, and trustworthy. I appreciated his service call and knowledge.

Google5Over the years I have bought several new shop doors from Door Guy and had them repair others. Several of the repairs were on an urgent basis. Door Guy has always provided outstanding installation and servicing of quality product with excellent advice. If only the government or our medical system ran like Door Guy.

Google5These guys are awesome! Imagine my shock to find my front doors broken out....robbed by some low life. Now imagine my surprise when I called the door guy and was told " Were on our way"! There in ten minutes, picked up a million pieces of glass, and had my business up and running in no time. This is an outstanding business! Thank you guys very much! A customer for life!
