Google5Kenny was our repairman. I called for a service trip only to find out the unit had basically run out it's life. Kenny was very professional and helpful with my needs. Made sure to set up the system and it seemed very efficient. He handled the install few days after orginal call since he was unaware of what was going on with our unit until he got here. Both times he was very prompt and on time in communicated well with me to make sure I understood the ins and outs of the basic operation of the unit. Was very helpful which I greatly appreciated since our last unit was approximately I would say 15 to 20 years old on our last one.

Google5It was super easy to set up the appointment, and they were flexible when I had a last minute schedule issue. Bryan came out, gave me an estimate, and got the work done right away!! Everything is working great! I’m thankful for how smooth it all was! Also, super reasonable prices!

Google5Josh helped me today. He replaced a number of the missing screws at the door edge that hold the rubber seal and bar at the bottom. Things went quickly and then he checked over door for any other visible problems. All else good. Thank you for speedy service and being on time. Google5What a wonderful experience! Jason was quick to respond to our call and evaluate what we needed. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He gave us a variety of information and his recommendation in order to make an informed decision, without trying to upsell his products. Two days later on Christmas Eve, he showed up as scheduled and replaced the motor. He even offered to reprogram our current garage openers so we didn’t have to buy new ones. There were no surprises except how quiet our garage door opens now. I highly recommend Overhead Door. They have always proven worthy of our business.

Google5Mr. Gary serviced my garage door openers, 2 doors. 01-12-26. Both doors were not working properly and the outside keypad was not working. Mr. Gary from Overhead Door Co. Worked a short time got my garage doors opening and my remotes and outside door panel working great. My problem was with one door someone not "Overhead Door" set the limiter to smash thru my upper door on one side. Both my remotes were not working and the damage to my one door straightened itself out. Wow what a great job. Mr. Gary was highly professional, courteous, friendly and I'm so glad he came the fee was minimal and I'm as happy as a clam. Thank you, I recommend this company 6 stars. DJeter, Union City, GA.

Google5We have been in need of an assessment of our current garage door which was installed by Overhead Door of NKY when our house was built in 1999. Technician came out and provided a no nonsense assessment. Well, as we had suspected, our door was kaput. The Technician was great and went over our options going forward. We ended up getting scheduled for a salesman to come out and walk through everything. Salesman was great and identified our needs and built a quote for us on the spot. Cost was more than reasonable and we paid half up front as good faith because each door is custom made. Fair enough for us. We were told about 3 to 4 weeks and just as advised on the almost 4 week mark we scheduled the install. Greg and Jason Jr showed up on time and gave us an idea of how long it would take. As explained, again, it took the stated amount of time and we had our new door. Solid core door, new motor, new tracks, new sensors, new car remotes, new everything. This company made our day. Everything was straight up with no hassle at all. We liked the fact that the original door was purchased from Overhead Door of NKY and our new one as well. Continuity is key. I know who will be our support team going forward and what to expect. A fine service all around from start to finish and a very reasonable price considering the amount of work completed. The warranty in fantastic and it seems that we will have zero worries regarding our new garage door for at least another 20 years. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. 5 stars all around. Thanks Overhead Door of NKY. Oh, and BTW, the door is awesome. Such a great fit for our home.

What really stood out was how he listened to my needs and budget constraints, then suggested a garage door that was the perfect fit—both functionally and financially. He never pressured me toward more expensive options, which I truly appreciated. His knowledge of the products was extensive, and he answered every question I had with patience and clarity.
