Both the employees and owner went above and beyond to ensure that my garage door was installed in a timely manner. They were all professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. The garage door gave my house a full tune up. They were respectful of my property and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. If you’re looking for a company who is courteous and reliable, look no further. The owner sold a bobcat to me at a very fair price of $23,000 and the diesel engine blew up an hour after I bought it. I asked for the owner to make it right with me by helping me financially with the $10,000 repair. They apologized and said the machine was in good condition as far as they knew and to back that up, they agreed to help pay for a good chunk of my repair bill. This is the type of character that people want to do business with.

I was given a quote of 2924.50 dollars for 5 doors on 5-17-21 this price was good through September 14 . I went back on September 14 to buy these 5 doors, he refused to honor his quote and raised his price to 5630.61, for this reason i rate this place negative a 0.

Personally can't rate them on the quality of work because they wouldn't even come give an estimate. Have called 3 times to get an estimate, told we will call an set up a time to come out. Never hear another word from them. I'll never call them again, hate being lied to, just tell me upfront if not interested!

I called that first garage door installer whom I found in our local phone book on 3/19/12. Their man was there on the same day and gave us a price and a date. That date came and went many times. There were many phone calls and I finally got frustrated and cancelled them. I called Overhead Door of Eastern Kentucky, again out of the local phone book, on 4/13 and their man, Greg Collins, was there within hours after my call. He gave us a price and date and we accepted. On the agreed upon date, 4/26, their crew of 2 workers was here at our home. They were very professional and unloaded the door and hardware, went to work and viola, it was done. They cleaned up the area after, gave us instructions as to how to use all of the features, and were gone. The door has worked perfectly since as I expected it to do. I now know who to call if I ever need help with a garage door again. I would recommend them to any one. Services Rendered: The job was to replace a garage door that was destroyed by an EF3 tornado on 3/22/12. I also had a garage door opener that I had bought to install before that storm hit us.
