Google1I purchased 2 lift master openers from them and they sent two of the rudest people to my house... they never spoke a nice word and downed my doors because they were Wayne Dalton.. well... after about three months one of the openers ripped off the door, then a yr later the other was doing the same... now I have unsightly holes on both my doors... I called them and asked them to fix the doors... if I wanted to get rank I could have asked for new doors but I didn't... a man came here and moved the bracket to a metal part instead of the door itself. Left the holes in my door and TRIED to charge me 80.00... my husband wrote a check that I canceled.... I called to see if I could be refunded because the mistake was in their part... she said send before and after and she would determine my refund. Ummm no! I will not give you the opportunity to determine your mistake. I do not recommend them to anyone... CROOKS
