2-10 home warranty is a bad joke. My washing machine has been broken for a month and a half and they cannot even get a reliable company to come out and diagnose it. The most recent experience was with Staggers. Called and confirmed appointment with Staggers and they did as well with me. Day of appointment came with appointment between 9-2 and no call and no show. Called and spoke to them and they assured me he was coming. No call and no show. Now it is 5 o'clock.

This is by far the worst company in the world. Month and a half waiting for them to fix my dryer. I been calling them for weeks at different times and no answer. I have to blame 210-HomeWaranty too for working with a company like this. The 3 times in a month and a half that they have answered the phone they told me something different, including that they received the wrong part and that someone was going to call me back to explain further. Guess what? They never call. One star is way to much for this company. Update Finally a guy answer on Monday and schedule me for Wednesday from 8 to 12 frame. I called in the morning and by the 3er time a lady pick up. She asked me when or who make the schedule as she did not see a appointment for me but she was going to call the tech and the tech was going to call me. Tech called and told me that he was going to be here around noon. Guess what? Is 4:30 pm and he have not show up. I have called 3 time, 1 text and 1 voice mail and no one has reply. Another no show or called to say I wont be able to make it. Something that I found out during all this process is that the brother of the owner owns another appliances service company and his brother is exactly the same way. So this is the way this familly runs business. I guess they are still in business thanks to the home warranty companies that still use them and put their customers to suffer the abuses of this type of mama and papa's little companies.

Do NOT do business with Staggers Appliance. Believe the bad reviews. I wish I had. Sears Home Warranty scheduled this company to repair my dishwasher. I explained to the tech, Billy, that the dishwasher would not complete a wash cycle. Most of the time it would just stop in the middle of the cycle. There were other symptoms also, such as the dishwasher seemed to run for over an hour but no water was being sprayed and the detergent dispenser would never open. He started a cycle, it ran for a few minutes. I joked that this would probably be one time it actually completed. He said he didn't need to watch it finish because based on what I had explained he felt it was the control board. He wrote me a service ticket that said C/B (control board) shorting out and needed sensor. He said he would need to report it to the warranty company for their approval to repair. When I was writing out the check for the deductible, he asked me to make it out to Valerie Staggers. I asked who that was. He said it was the owner. I said I would make it out to Staggers Appliance. I waited for the warranty company to call but had to call Staqggers Appliance back and ask them to call it in. Warranty company called me a little later and said repair tech reported there was no problem observed. I explained he was only there for 10 minutes and didn't wait to observe the problem and that I had a ticket that stated the control board was shorting out. They said sorry, if you want us to arrange another service call we'll do that but you'll have to pay the $60 again. I cancelled the warranty instead. I put a stop payment on the check, then I called them to ask about the discrepancy between the service ticket I was given and the report to the warranty company. It's been 5 days and they've not returned the call. Believe the bad reviews. Don't let this company do the work. Insist on some other company, even if you have to wait a little longer. And don't waste your money on the home appliance warranty. Best I can tell it's a scam.

We were assigned this company via our home warranty group. Here it is, 2 weeks later and I still do not have my garage door belt replaced. However, they INSISTED I pay my $75 deductible BEFORE the work was done. I and my home warranty company have been attempting to contact them since Monday to no avail. They are not returning anyone's call. I can't imagine how anyone in their right kind would ever use such an unprofessional unreliable company. I see in the reviews of others, that the company tends to come back with a rebuttal. There is no rebuttal here. When they were initially assigned to come evealute the problem, they never showed up after I spoke with them to ensure a time frame. When I called the home warranty company to find out why, they said they reached the technician and said that he would be calling me to reschedule. NEVER HAPPENED..... For some reason, the warranty company decided to reassign this company to my claim. I have a hand written receipt from them stating that they would return on Monday to replace the belt.... it's Wed afternoon and they are nowhere to be found. If I have to, I will request the notes from my home warranty company that will correspond with the information I am providing in this review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! ****UPDATE***** Cross Country Home Warranty finally reached Ray, and the "reason" was that the incorrect belt was sent to them. I was told that my garage door belt would be replaced tomorrow OR I would receive a call by 9:30 am to let me know otherwise. Curious to see how this plays out...... Cross Country has been contacted multiple times by me in reference to this particular claim. ****LAST UPDATE***** After multiple excuses as to why they weren't doing the repair (never to me but only answered when CCHS called), I finally left a review in CCHS Facebook page and was contacted by someone that could rectify this. I was assigned another company after waiting for one month for Stager's to fulfill their obligation. I will absolutely do my reasearch in the future. Dealing with this company has been one of the biggest headaches I have had to endure. Countless excuses & no customer service..... I can't even rate their service because they never provided any except to remove a broke rubber belt from my garage door. Oh, and they still have my $75 deductible that I will most likely have to contact the Attorney General to recoup.

Assigned to me by First American Home Warranty on 11/19/15 for broken dishwasher. They didn't show up a couple times causing me to miss work for nothing. A few weeks later they eventually show up after a lot of complaining to warranty company. Took my check for $60. Said they would call me the next day because they needed parts. Never heard from again. Won't answer phone. Warranty company isn't fixing it either. It's almost New Years and my dishwasher is still broke. No dishwasher for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I'm going to have to file in court for my sixty bucks. It will probably cost me more to file a claim but it's worth it on principle. First Amarican Home Warranty is useless and not holding up their end either. I'll be filing a claim against them as well.

Staggers Appliance was assigned to me through my home warranty company for my quarterly maintenance. They never showed on the 1st apt and after speaking with the company 4 different times the OWNER asked to reset a date/time due to issues. The OWNER assured me that he would call me until the guy showed up 2 days later. Guess what he never called and when I finally got ahold of him and said he was in a meeting. Now after reading all these reviews, seems like this is what they do to every customer. I would never use this company.

Do NOT use this company!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They will lie about the appointments and they are a complete waste of time. They were referred through my home warranty company where I have filed a formal complaint on an attempt to have them lose their contract! They are in the p rices of p ulling them because of the amount of constant complaints about their service. Do not use Staggers!!!

Never in my life have I experienced such poor unprofessional service. I have had 4 no call no show to install a new dishwasher that has been sitting in my kitchen for over 2 weeks now. No one answers the phone and they are just stupid! I have to go with these people because of the home warranty, but if I had a choice I would NEVER use the nor with I ever recommend them to anyone!

I tried to contact Staggers Appliance Service Group for home warranty work through Old Republic Home Warranty company. I called three (3) times in the afternoon and evening. Each time I was on hold for about 3 - 4 minutes and then was automatically transferred to their voicemail system. The first and third calls I left voicemails with a description of the issue, my address, the plan #, and the work order #; however, I was never called back in response to my voicemails. I contacted Old Republic Home Warranty (ORHW) to ask for a different service provider. ORHW tried calling Staggers with the same result that I had on my three(3) calls to Staggers; they started on hold and then were automatically transferred to voicemail as I was. ORHW suggested that I stay with Staggers so as not to "start at the back of the line". I agreed. ORHW sent Staggers a second contact email regarding my issue. In response to the ORHW email, someone called me from Staggers later the same evening. They stated they'd contact me the next day. They did not; they haven't contacted me today either. "Start at the end of the line or not", I'm going to contact ORHW and get a different service provider who will, hopefully, actually contact me and schedule a service call. Services Rendered: My garage door opener had stopped working. I contacted Old Republic Home Warranty (ORHW) to schedule a contractor. ORHW sent a work order to Staggers Appliance Service Group for home warranty work. Staggers did not contact me the next morning so I tried to contact them. In spite of repeated attempts to contact Staggers, I have not been contacted to schedule any work.
