Google5I had a mattress and adjustable frame bed delivered 2-12-26. The guys were efficient and polite. They assembled the adjustable bed and gave clear instructions using the remote. They cleared all packing materials. I would use Dan the Moving Man again in Eau Claire.

Google5It was a great experience with the moving crew. Very professional and courtesy. They made sure everything was done right and nothing gets broke. Our move was a thousand more move and they delivered when they said they would. Thank you Issac, Justin and the rest of crew. Sorry I forgot there names. 100 percent recommend Dan the moving man !!!!

Google3*update- after posting the review, I received a call from the owner and discussed the concerns. He made it right with reimbursing costs that were over the original quote. I appreciate the good customer service from the owner. I contacted Dan the Moving Man for a quote to move furniture from the basement to the garage and/or a dumpster. I worked with Jason and provided a detailed list of the items needing to be moved. He quoted me $267–$320 for a team of three movers. On the day of the move, communication was very poor. I received multiple calls changing the arrival time—first noon, then 3 p.m., then noon again—with assurances I’d receive a confirmation call, which never happened. Two movers arrived at 1:30 p.m. and waited for additional help. Eventually, two more movers showed up, bringing the total to four—something that was never discussed or approved. Not all of the items I originally listed were even moved. When the crew finished and was leaving, I was shocked to be told the total was $512, which is over $200 more than the high end of the quoted price. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the significant price increase, the lack of communication, and the unapproved additional mover. Jason’s only response was to tell me I would receive a receipt and “thanks for your business.” I would not recommend this company if you value clear communication, accurate quotes, and transparent pricing.

Google5When I called and left a message on a Sunday evening, I had no idea that my furniture would be delivered by 11 AM Monday morning! James & Austin were amazing- personable, professional, and prompt. They negotiated the old, narrow stairway in the house and even helped move the old chair into another room. I highly recommend Dan the Moving Man’s Eau Claire service:-)

Google5Isaac S, Gyonni, Lawrence, Matthew, and Austin did an INCREDIBLE job moving our 450 lb float tank! I used Dan the Moving Man personally after selling my house and called them back weeks later to ask if they could help me with this difficult task! The guys nailed it! They were very professional and we all had some laughs during the process :) I'm incredibly thankful for the communication ahead of time to prep for this and I appreciate how efficient the movers were. Thanks guys!

Google5We had an excellent experience with our intrastate move with Dan the moving man out of eau Claire. Professional crew. Communication was excellent. Very respectful of items and took great care to wrap appropriately. While I could list many great things about our experience, what strikes me most is how hard they worked when they were here. There was no Dilly dallying. No checking of cell phones. I have used movers in the past and honestly was very hesitant to hire movers again. This company came in under the quote and had very detailed records of exactly what they were charging.

Google5Austin and Matthew from DAN THE MOVING MAN did an amazing job of cleaning out our basement! We had an accumulation of several decades of junk down there. They worked hard and steadily for 7 hours and got rid of everything for us including an old refrigerator and cans of paint! The basement is now as clean as it was when we first moved into our house in the early 70's. I highly recommend DTMM and his crew for junk removal, Thank you so very much, Austin and Matthew!
