    Had several issues with the garage door opener. My first year in owning a home, I called to have it fixed and they sent someone out to reset it. A month or two later, the issue continued. Years later, I have issues with it off and on. I decided to book Deca doors and they informed me of the issue with the motor and we replaced it. They work fast and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

    Excellent service. They came home and install the motor, rail and sensor in one hour. They don't have competition in El Paso because their price are very affordable comparing with a lot companies I requested a quote. Their warranty are very awesome. Definitely recommended to anyone.

    I purchased a garage door for $2,550 back in September 2022, a month later the garage door falls off the left hand railing after I come home from work. Worried about how to close the garage door for nighttime, I repeatedly call Eric with only receiving response from the automatic greeting, "we're busy right now, and will call you back." I end up having to get another garage door company to come out and help. The garage door makes too much noise, seems like it might fall every time I open and close it. Plastics from the inside of garage door are breaking. I texted Eric a pic of what's happening and he said he would come by on the 7th of January. No call from him to confirm. I text him if he's coming on the 7th and he says no. I ask why not and he says because he's already ordered the part. I tell him, "without seeing what's going on?" He tells me the part will be in till the 11th and he will let me know. The 11th, 12th, 13th pass by with no phone call to let me know it's in or that he won't be able to come. I text him the evening of the 13th to see if he's coming on the morning of the 14th. No text or call till 12:31 pm on January 14th. I was unable to answer so I call back. He then asks me why I would post a negative review on Facebook and if I don't take it down, he will not honor my 1 yr. Warranty and fix the part that is breaking. He also tells me, " how would I like if he went to my school to complain about me?" I told him, he has a business where people will review his work and service and it's not the same thing. I am totally displeased with the lack of customer service and threatening me because I gave him a bad review.

    Upgraded our garage doors and motor with DECA. The service and support through the process was streamlined and ahead of schedule. Really enjoyed working with them.
