Yelp5Amazing job! They came as soon as they could when I called them. They made sure our garage door was secured since they had to wait for parts to come. Excellent communication and the price is very affordable.

Yelp5This is what a great American contractor looks like. Good, honest people with great attitudes, I can't recommend enough. Julio and his team represent exactly why it was a great idea to relocate to El Paso. The other contractors I contacted sized me up and were transparently dishonest with their extremely expensive quotes and distasteful attitudes. It was an easy choice to book Julio. I am delighted I found JJ Garage Doors and strongly recommend them to anyone who values great customer service and quality, experienced workmanship.

Yelp5This is by far the best business to repair garage doors. We reached out to him on a Saturday and he was able to come and fix the main spring on our garage door that evening. He was professional and the work was amazing. He did some additional maintenance on the door as well and it is working better than it did before the spring broke. The work was very reasonably priced. Since moving to El Paso, we have had a really difficult time finding reliable businesses to come and do needed work on our home. He just proved that not every business in El Paso is as we have previously experienced. Highly recommend!

Yelp5tldr: If customer service, reliability, and quality work are important to you, these guys deliver on all three. Don't waste your time waiting for a return call from the others. These guys pick up the phone and make time for you. I don't give out 5 stars lightly. These guys earned every star. We had an old garage door and opener that needed replacing. I shopped 4 places with good ratings on yelp and google reviews. These guys answered phone calls and text every single time. One of the others returned a call but there was a lot of phone tag and poor product knowledge. The other two never responded to our voice message. We asked JJ Garage Doors many questions and they were very polite and patient. Plus they had the answers. If they weren't sure about something they looked into it and followed up the same day. The price was fair and consistent for the market. Above all, they are VERY accomodating and did the job right. I highly recommend JJ Garage doors.

Yelp5When I requested their quote they responded very soon. After agreeing on the price and time, they show up to my house very puntual, their work was fast, efficient, and inexpensive, compared to other providers. I totally recommend JJ Garage Doors!!!
