Google5Ryan was a great sales person explaining all my options and helping me making decisions. I got an insulated double garage door with windows on the top and a brand new sophisticated motor with camera for a great price. Calvin installed it working alone fast, clean and efficiently. I was amazed that he came sharp on time in the morning and the door was installed by early afternoon. Thank you!

Google5Super bowl Sunday my spring on my garage door snapped! Monday morning contacted El Paso Garage Door Repair at 8:27 am. The lady who answered was very kind and scheduled an appointment for 11:30 am same day for one of their representatives to come out. The lovely lady told me Jacob would be coming out and that I would receive a text or phone call when in route. At 10:30, I received a call from Jacob stated he would be available earlier and could be at my home if I was available. Of course I was grateful for this, Jacob arrived and was able to see the problem and gave me options that would work for my situation. I opted for the 2 springs for the garage door and maintenance service and repair. Jacob was very professional,organized and extremely efficient in his work. Showed me the rollers that were extremely dirty and becoming flimsy and explained how having 2 springs will be more effective with the amount of times I frequently use the garage door. I didn't realize the importance of regular maintenance and the age of the garage door could make a difference between what could have occurred. Jacob is very knowledgeable and actually cares about the client and knowing that he is a veteran speaks volumes!! Jacob was done so quickly I can't recommend him enough!! Don't wait for your garage door to break or the springs to snap, definitely call El Paso Garage Door Repair and ask for Jacob, worth the time to do maintenance or get a new spring and garage door inspection ASAP!! The photos are night and day, had 1 spring that snapped and the rollers were definitely ready to go as well. 2 springs, new rollers and serviced the bolts done in flash the price was also great 👍

Google5I have no words to express how satisfied I am for the new garage door I bought from this company. The way they run business is incredibly professional. I never felt pressured to buy the door. On the contrary, they were willing tobfix my 30 year old door. But I just wanted a new one. Two of their employees came to talk to me before I made my final decision and to answer a y question I might have. The wait was about a couple of weeks because they had to order the door. It came on time and I was notified and set a date for installation. Calvin arrived on time. He worked dilligently and quietly until his work was completed. He was very professional and patient and answered all my questions satisfactorily. He also explained to me how to maintain the door working properly to avoid any problems with it. But I do have any problems in the future I will definitely call El Paso Garage Door for maintenance and repair.

Calvin came out, made all the necessary adjustments and lubrications, and answered all of my questions completely. Angi1The tech arrived late and within 30 seconds of arriving, he quoted $900 and started a slick sales pitch about a maintenance plan. I said the price was too high, so he immediately dropped it by 30%. After those red flags, I told him I did not want the work done. He called his supervisor and put him on speakerphone. The supervisor was unprofessional and began to insist and bully me into getting the work done. I asked the tech to leave. Then I called Sears and got the job done for $219. This company operates at least 4 different websites with different phine numbers. The person that answered the phone said they recently bought several local companies as an explanation. Services Rendered: I needed a torsion spring replacement. The kit costs $96 at Home Depot but I didn't want to mess with it.

Angi2Although the company was very quick with the repairs, I came to find out that they were extremely expensive in pricing the parts. I was in a bind and needed the work done so I agreed to have them do the work since they were already on site, but now that i look back at it and do my research, they were extremely high and I should have gone with someone else. I need to make additional repairs to the garage door and I will not be using this same company. Services Rendered: The provider replaced the torsion spring, the tension cables and rollers to get the door operating again.
