Called on a Friday guys were out 1st thing Monday. Good guys, replaced the springs and got it up and running quickly.

We had them out for a broken door. They made repairs on the initial visit but I spoke with the tech about pricing on additional work that could be done at a later date. I was given a price and was told the office would call to schedule the second appointment. The repairs for the additional work took two separate visits because the tech “measured wrong” and when we were given the invoice it was much higher than expected and over the price previously given by the tech. When questioned about the price the office did not honor the price we were originally given by the tech in the field. We will not use this company again.

They came as soon as we called and on a holiday weekend . Thanks guys fixed our door that slipped off and tightened chain and bolts lubed it up . Not making that awful noise anymore . Very nice guys . Also didn’t price gouge . The other company quoted triple the price .

My old garage door wouldn't close all the way and my neighbor suggested Roseto-Suter Overhead Door. I called on a Friday and they were at my house first thing Monday. The technician determined the problem immediately. After replacing the rollers, pulleys and adding a safety cable, my garage door now opens smoothly, quietly and efficiently! He did a great job! I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Great service, a competent and polite service tech and very reasonably priced.

Gave rhis conpany 1 star only because it didn't take zero. We had a panel replaced in our garage door months ago by this company and the new panel was damaged upon arrival. Not sure why it was installed in the first place. They were asked to order a replacement. We have been given the run around now for months by the office staff with numerous excuses. To this day they have not returned to back up their faulty work. BBB notified. BEWARE. Go elsewhere. They will repair this or deal with our attorney.

We had a good experience with them in the past; however, we have been trying to get our garage door opener synced with our cars for months. The tech came out; he was very polite, and he indicated there is appears to be something wrong with the circuit board. He indicated they would order one and then call us to install it. That was May 24th. I called this week, and was told someone would return my call the next day. No call was returned as of yet. If we don't hear from someone soon, we will be looking elsewhere, if possible. Really disappointing, considering the good work from the past.

Fantastic company. Had an opener go bad after a year. They diagnosed and replaced in a week's time no hassle. Great communication from their installer Justin and he even took the time to fully explain the product. Definitely recommend!

I would definitely use them again! - Bidding went well and was promptly done, and quite a bit less than other bids received - I made a minor addition and so had to have the bid updated. It took a couple calls to get the updates and I ended up going to the business to pick it up. (That is why I rated them a 'B' for 'responsiveness' and 'punctuality') - Install was delayed past time on quote partially because of weather - At install time, one panel should have had windows, but did not, resulting in a re-order of one panel. This was said to be Wayne Dalton's error. - Took many weeks for the new panel to be installed (That is why I rated them a 'B' for 'responsiveness' and 'punctuality') Services Rendered: Removed ancient (1926) vertical-folding garage door and replaced it with a Wayne-Dalton door and added a garage door opener. In replacing the door quite a bit of wood had to be added as a 'header'.

I went out one morning and found that the spring on my double garage door had broken and I couldn't get the door open. I was late for work and in a panic, and after we managed to get the door open I called Roseto-Suter and told them what the problem was. He replied that he would need to come out and measure the spring and, while he was there, he would get the door working on a temporary basis. I told him while he was here I had another door that needed fixed, a roll-up door in the shop also had a broken spring. So when he came out he got my door working and then measured both doors for springs. He ordered them and returned about a week later and installed them both. They work great and it's SO nice to have them both operating again! The installer was friendly, gracious and prompt about getting out to the house (and we're in the country!) to get my door operating again. Then they installed the new springs and mailed me a bill, which was less than I expected. Thanks very much, Roseto-Suter! Services Rendered: Repaired two garage doors

We have had quite a bit of work done on our house over the past several years. I always cringe when we hire a contractor because it seems like each and every experience gets worse. I am amazed at how some of these companies even stay in business! Roseto- Suter Overhead Doors has restored my faith that there are still top-notch contractors to be found! Timing was even better than promised! They received the door more than a week ahead of what I had been told and then installed it almost immediately. The installer arrived within an hour of the promised time and was very polite, professional, and neat. The door looks beautiful - just what we wanted - and the opener works great (can hardly even hear it)! Services Rendered: Installed new double garage door with opener and took away old door.

Garage door had not been operating properly, and sections came loose from the track. It was a mess !! Seervice man re-installed cables, serviced the door, and adjusted the electric-eye sensors.
