Needed new glass for a wood stove. They were able to work on it right away and I had a like-new door in 35 minutes. Thank you, Lane County Glass.

If only I could give a negative review...Hired them to replace blown IGU. After two months they showed up to do a tuck install. After knocking out a chunk of my drywall, they indicated they glass they just installed had a scratch along the length of the window. C'mon people! You're a glass company. You're telling me you don't inspect glass upon arrival and prior to install?!? Now the seal is blown. This company is a joke. BBB complaint registered. Go elsewhere.

I brought in a cupboard door with a glass insert that broke. The front desk representative was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She was able to quickly pick out the glass. Verify it was in stock and price it out within a short visit. I had the door installed as new within a week. Everyone I encountered were extremely friendly and they have dogs! I would absolutely recommend this business as your sole destination for glass.

Look no further. Lane County Glass, Inc. is perfect. Yes, I searched and hunted and read various reviews. I tried contacting a few companies. Some didn't even call back, others said the job was too small. This outfit responded promptly, came out and measured  quickly, then gave a surprisingly low estimate for my work (a small residential job, too). The window was ordered, and right on schedule, Dan was there. None of this "we need a four hour time slot" nonsense. He came to our home and took off his shoes without being asked(!) Dan was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did the work quickly, and explained that the window had a ten year manufacturer's warranty, and a one year labor warranty. He described what several types of window failures looked like and when to call them. The window matched our other windows exactly. They do both large commercial and small residential. We have a bigger job coming up in the future and plan on having them do the work - without taking bids. That's how impressed we were. Five stars and two thumbs up all the way.

I had a broken window. They came out and looked, gave me a great quote, and did a flawless repair. A few other people said the job was too hard, but Robert from Lane County Glass didn't break a sweat. All around great experience!

A low-solar window failed in a Christmas storm and steamed up.Lane promptly had an installer around to measure. Robert arrived on time on the appointed date, fitted the window then cleaned it very carefully of silicon seal that someone had smeared on the new glass. He is a good ambassador for the company and I'd use them again, though I did feel the price was a tad higher than I'd expected.

Ordered table top glass and found this company to be top notch. They created a table too glass for my HUGE dining room table and it fits perfectly! They took my order and began work immediately - no delay. The glass was ready on time. I got timely calls to say it was ready. They even had one of the big fellas load it for me. I'm thrilled with this company and would use them again. Plan to cover everything in glass and protect all my wood surfaces.

Lane County Glass was the only Eugene glass company that picked up the phone the day I started collecting quotes so, it was an easy sale. I ordered tempered glass & it even arrived earlier than expected. Everyone was very pleasant in the store and I very much enjoyed the sweet work pup, Mouser. Thanks for my glass top. It's perfect!

We had ordered huge glass windows (6x9) from another local company that was to put the windows in place for our contractor to secure. When the company arrived, they refused to do that! These were 500 pound windows. We were desperate to get the window in place as we had a 6 x 9 foot open space in our living room and a storm was approaching. Lane county glass prioritized their response for us, even though we did not buy the windows from them, and sent installers right over to secure the windows. Went way beyond what they had to do. Couldn't have been more grateful to be saved from the position we were left in by other company!

I contacted this company to replace a panel in a sliding glass patio door. The first thing they said to me was "there was a $25 fee to have a technician come to look at my door". I agreed, because I was likely to proceed with the replacement, and the $25 fee was to be credited. As it turns out, the technician who came to have a look (pleasant and professional) wouldn't / couldn't give me any info on the cost, and said that would be handled via the office. I received a quote (expensive) but decided to go ahead and paid in full, in advance using my credit card. THEN, I was advised there was a complication with the glass, and the cost quoted was increased - about 33% more. Getting all this info and having to make multiple calls and respond to missed voicemails and emails was a colossal pain! Then, the technician came to my house a second time - I'm busy, and this was an imposition at best. I decided NOT to proceed with the extremely costly replacement, and then had to make YET ANOTHER CALL TO PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER for crediting. Honestly, I spinned my wheels with this company waaaay more than I was comfortable with, and they refused to credit the $25 fee. Please - will never do business with these people again - exhausting process... They definitely seem more interested in taking your money than anything else.

This business had no protections in place for their customers against Covid-19. There were no screens, no hand sanitizer available, no masks wore by anyone, just a few small signs. When I said, "You're not wearing a mask," she replied, "No." When I said that I thought they were required she replied, "Not until tomorrow." I saw others in the back room without masks. I got home and washed my hands and face three times. Besides not caring about giving a deadly virus to their customers, the glass was given to us filthy and without being wrapped in paper. Every other time I've bought glass from a glass company, it was clean and wrapped. I will never go here again.

Took a cabinet door in to have the glass replaced. Called ahead and was given friendly service over the phone as well as accurate pricing. When I took my cabinet door frame in and was told it would be 3-4 days to complete, no worries at all. Was surprised to hear from them less than 24 hours that my project was complete and ready to be picked up. What a great turnaround! I would have given a 5 star, but the silicone used to seal my glass in place was not cleaned up very well and there were little pieces of it that had to be removed to make the door look nice in our kitchen. Overall though, friendly, fast and affordable place. Thanks for your help, Lane County Glass.

Our sliding glass door was difficult to open/close. A tech came out, checked out the rollers -- needed new ones. They had to order --- promptly came back and installed. The door is like new and moves smooth like silk. Super grateful and cost effective. Tech was really professional; handled the door gently along with the interior of the house. I would definitely call them again for a need they service.

My landlord unfortunately chose them to replace two windows that had broken seals and I am sooo disappointed with their service. I have experience dealing with many contractors in this area and know that timing and scheduling is dependent on many things, a lot of the time out of their control... but here are my reasons: - Communication was sparse and unreliable and I continually had to call them to remind or check on the work order status - Never shared details/dates on when things were ordered, shipped, or arrived - On the day of my first installation appointment they failed to contact me to let me know that their installer was sick. I called to see where they were and they were reluctant to reschedule with me. - On the day of the actual installation, they showed up with the wrong size glass for one of the windows. My main issue is that the sizes/type/thickness of glass should have been confirmed when they received the shipment from the factory. They told me that they were just too busy to double check and that the factory was responsible. This could have been avoided if they had checked the materials prior to my FIRST scheduled appointment. A warning to other home owners or property managers, take your business else where :(

Walked in the door and immediately was ignored although there were no other customers. Both the women in the front were not helpful nor did they answer my questions. I went down the street to Culver Glass and had the best experience. I strongly encourage you NOT to use this place of business. They are awful.

I was very pleased with the prompt scheduling. I had an old window mounted air conditioner removed and a window pane installed in the opening. The AC was large and very heavy. Removal was made all the more difficult because it was installed about 5' 5 " off the ground. It was very tightly installed so the team of two (Jake C. and Jose) had to problem solve and strategize before using their tools and muscles to get it out. I also had two other very large picture windows replaced. They were very careful of my new wood floors, taking off their shoes in the house and sweeping up when done. They had to to search at 3 different suppliers to find a match to my 1950's exterior trim. I would highly recommend these two workers. The supervisor and office staff were also good at their jobs. Happy customer.

Wayne came out on time for estimate; explained everything in detail; had the samples of window film for me to choose from. On-time for the actual job, very professional, nice workmanship. Had him come back to look at the compromised window, which also had a problem with the film sticking. He had the new window made, applied the film in the shop, and came back on-time again to install. Very pleased with the work. Will use them again. Services Rendered: installed window film, replaced a window

They are a preferred vender. I have used them on several occasions. I would recommend them to other. They have always been prompt and they follow up. They had to do a little more work, and they still honored the estimate. Services Rendered: They installed a garage door opener and key pad.

When our garage door started malfunctioning, I had to call three different companies-including the sole dealer in town of our type of garage door-before finding Lane County Glass. The contact person, Launi, always returned calls promptly, but getting on the schedule for service was another thing altogether. From the date I called them, it was one full month before the work was completed, including time for the parts to be shipped and the work to be scheduled. I am very happy to have an operational garage door opener, but disappointed that it was out-of-commission for so long. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door springs, lubed all mechanisms of garage door.
